Coal water slurry is a fuel composed of coal powder,water and additives.In the process of making coal water slurry,the pollution is low,and the raw coal is fully utilized.At the same time,the fluid characteristics of coal water slurry make it more convenient to transport.Coal water slurry gasification technology is a typical coal gasification process.Coal water slurry and oxygen undergo a gasification reaction to obtain crude syngas composed mainly of carbon monoxide and hydrogen,which is provided for the following related industries,fuel gas,chemical raw materials,power generation,etc.clean energy.Since its inception,coal gasification technology has developed rapidly in the past two decades.Large-scale coal gasification equipment is often accompanied by failures during long-term operation,which has a great impact on the production and personal safety of enterprises.Therefore,the risk analysis of the coal gasification system is particularly important.Although some achievements have been made in the risk analysis of coal gasification systems,there are few studies on dynamic risk analysis.In order to solve the current lack of systematic analysis of the gasification furnace feed system risk analysis research,a risk analysis model based on Bayesian network and HAZOP analysis is proposed.Taking the actual operation of a 3000t-level gasification furnace coal chemical enterprise in a single day as the research object,the HAZOP method was used for risk analysis,and the causes of deviations in the HAZOP analysis results were converted into Bayesian network nodes.Taking into account the lack of prior knowledge,the Leaky Noisy OR model is introduced to obtain the prior probability through literature and expert knowledge in related fields.The Bayesian network is used for risk analysis to find the weak links of the system operation.At the same time,in view of the shortcomings of the current large-scale gasification plant in dynamic risk analysis,a risk analysis method for the gasification furnace feed system based on dynamic Bayesian network is proposed.Based on the relevant data of the failure forms of each unit in the gasifier feeding system,a fault tree model is established,which is transformed into a Bayesian network model.The K-2 algorithm is used to optimize the Bayesian network model,and the ? factor method is used to deal with the effect of CCF on the system.Considering the influence of maintenance factors on the failure rate of the system at all times,the paper uses the Bayesian network analysis software genie to calculate,and finally uses the Monte Carlo method to verify the accuracy and feasibility of this method.It can provide theoretical basis for the identification of weak links in the operation of large-scale coal gasification equipment.
