Abstract/Summary:
Large passenger ships are represented by ocean-going cruise ships and long voyage scientific research ships.They are high-end marine products whose main functions are personnel transportation and housing.The product quality requirements are strict,and the quality of materials during the construction process is extremely important.Due to the large differences between the components,construction methods and other production factors in the production process of large passenger ships and other marine products such as conventional merchant ships and offshore equipment,it is difficult to deal with the problem of large passenger ship material quality traceability by using the old material quality traceability management method.In order to realize the effective traceability of the material quality of large passenger ships and improve production efficiency,this thesis starts with the material coding system of large passenger ships,and specifically analyzes the two types of traceability factors affecting the quality of large passenger ships,namely process quality and component quality,and introduces Bayesian network theory construction.The material quality model is combined with the model design to form a set of large passenger ship material quality traceability algorithms.The prototype system verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm design.First,study the coding technology of material traceability management for large passenger ships,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current coding rules in detail;summarize the material quality traceability requirements during the construction of large passenger ships,and design flexible coding rules for material quality traceability information of large passenger ships that meet the needs.Subsequently,the research on the material quality traceability model of large passenger ships was carried out.In view of the problem of incomplete traceability information in large passenger ship construction companies,the Bayesian theory that can use historical fault defects as prior knowledge to judge causality is introduced to construct a Bayesian network structure that can trace the process in the absence of data,And introduced a batch of product parts list for material parts traceability,and completed the construction of a large passenger ship material quality traceability model.Afterwards,the research on the material quality traceability algorithm of large passenger ships was carried out.On the basis of the material quality traceability model,the material process quality traceability method based on the propagation time constraint of the group tree and the material parts traceability algorithm based on the delivery time were designed to realize the whole process of materials.Quality traceability management,and case verification and analysis of the feasibility and effectiveness of algorithm design.Finally,summarize the technical methods of this article,design and develop a large passenger ship material traceability management prototype system combined with the actual business process of the shipping company,and verify the system application in combination with large passenger ship construction examples;the verification results show that the method in this paper can effectively meet the requirements of the quality traceability management of large passenger ships.
