Nowadays,domestic and foreign scholars pay more and more attention to deep geological drilling,but the working environment of deep drilling is harsh and there are many complex stratums.Therefore,it is very important to improve the existing drilling conditions,and better drill bits that can directly save drilling costs and improve drilling efficiency,It becomes even more important.In order to effectively improve the performance of the drill bit,domestic and foreign researchers have conducted a lot of research from the following aspects.The technical and economic analysis shows that the use of diamond cord core technology in deep hole drilling can increase the drilling speed and reduce Increase the number of drilling times,thereby saving drilling costs.With the advent of high matrix drill bits,this problem is expected to be resolved.The service life of high matrix drill bits is often twice or more than that of traditional drill bits,which greatly reduces the number of drill trips during the drilling production process,improves the efficiency of rock fragmentation,and saves drilling costs.Aiming at the problem that the life of the diamond bit is limited by the height of the bit matrix,summary and analysis are carried out on the current research status at home and abroad,as well as the progress and results of various research in the field.On this basis,summing up the experience and improving the shortcomings of the previous design schemes,an optimized design scheme for the ultra-high multi-layer matrix impregnated diamond bit is proposed.In the bit design,the laminated matrix structure,eccentric staggered cutting teeth,alternate nozzles and water retaining fins are introduced to ensure the cooling and effective drilling of the super-high matrix multi-nozzle impregnated diamond bit.Through the bending strength simulation and flow field simulation under the applied torque,the strength of the drill bit was checked,and the rationality of the waterway structure was verified,and the finished drill bit processing and manufacturing were further realized.The drill breaks the limitation of the height of the drill body and provides a new idea for greatly improving the life of the drill.
