| Phased Mission Systems(PMS)widely exists in every field of modern engineering,such as aerospace and the design and manufacture of vehicles and ships.Phased Mission Systems require each component in each phase of the system to complete the assigned tasks in order to ensure the smooth operation of the system.The type,number and structure composition of components of PMSs in different phases are generally different,and some of them may play a role in multiple stages,so the analysis and optimization of PMSs is more complex than that of a single phase system.The system reliability analysis of PMSs plays a crucial role in the design and maintenance of complex systems,and currently there are a variety of reliability analysis methods.This paper applies a new reliability calculation method,survival signature,to analyze the reliability of PMSs.Survival signature is a mathematical tool for analyzing system reliability proposed by Coolen in 2012.It represents the probability that the system can work normally if several components work normally.This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)Simple PMS reliability analysis based on the survival signature method.As a relatively new reliability calculation method,survival signature method is not currently applied in the PMS field,so this method is first used for reliability analysis of PMS with simple structure.First,consider PMS with the same components in each phase and a different structure in each phase,that is,all components play a role in each phase.The PMS with different components for each phase is then analyzed,in which the components do not necessarily work in each phase.After the simple PMS is analyzed,the model reliability is solved by MATLAB.(2)Based on a simple PMS reliability analysis using the survival signature method,system modeling and reliability analysis can be performed for specific mechanical systems.This paper analyzes examples such as the submarine self-navigation model simulation experiment system,applies survival signature and PMS-BDD to ensure the accuracy of system reliability,and proves that survival signature is effective in the field of PMS reliability analysis.The analysis process and the results obtained are compared to explore the advantages of the survival signature approach.(3)After analyzing the simple PMS,try applying the survival signature method to more complex PMSs,such as n/k(G)voting redundancy PMS.After analyzing the structure of the complex system,the calculation method was adjusted to some extent,and the numerical examples were analyzed to obtain the reliability conclusion consistent with the PMS-BDD method.(4)Based on the random fractal search optimization algorithm,the reliability optimization of PMSs was carried out.After analyzing the characteristics of the PMS reliability analysis method based on the survival signature method,the optimization method of reliability allocation was selected and the random fractal search optimization algorithm was combined to realize the reliability optimization of PMSs.Combined with a concrete example,it shows that optimization can effectively improve the reliability of the system. |
