With the rapid development of market economy,customers are demanding more and more timely delivery of logistics distribution system,and the collaboration between distribution system networks is facing enormous challenges.Take the construction/demolition of power distribution system stations as an example:The traditional manual station construction methods are mostly based on site selection personnel combined with local geographic information,and then integrated demand,cost,distribution path and other factors,balanced consideration to determine the site location and distribution path,which can not be accurately controlled in terms of cost and efficiency.Therefore,distribution system planning based on facility sharing in uncertain environment is a noteworthy research topic and has important research value.At the same time,the rapid development of "intelligent logistics" provides a new idea for the planning of logistics distribution system.As an important part of logistics distribution system,distribution center plays an important role.Under this background,this paper studies the planning and application of distribution system based on facility sharing in uncertain environment.The main research contents and innovative work include:(1)The problem of distribution system planning based on full sharing of capabilities in uncertain environments is studied.Taking two three-level logistics networks as the research object,firstly establish the cooperation principle of the ability of both A and B logistics enterprises to fully share,and use the opportunity-constrained planning model,?????????? model and mixed integer programming model as the basic model of this research.Then,the overall benefit of the distribution system is maximized as the planning goal,and the decision variables and constraints of the cooperation between the two parties are added.Finally,a multi-cycle dynamic transportation planning model based on the full sharing of logistics network capabilities is established,and the model solving algorithm is established.(2)The problem of distribution system planning based on incomplete sharing of capabilities in uncertain environments is studied.Considering that not all enterprises are willing to fully share their logistics resources,this paper first establishes the cooperation principle of the incomplete sharing of the capabilities of both A and B logistics enterprises,with the opportunity constraint planning model,?????????? model and mixed integer programming model as the research.The base model.Then,the A and B companies' respective revenue maximization is taken as the planning goal,and the decision variables and constraints of the cooperation between the two parties are added.Finally,a multi-cycle multi-objective dynamic transportation planning model based on the logistics network capability is completely shared,and multi-objectives are established.The algorithm for solving the model.(3)This paper takes the two logistics companies XS and YF of the two cities as the background of the case,and gives the application research of the planning model based on the capability sharing distribution system under the uncertain environment,and verifies the practicability and rationality of the proposed model.According to the case data analysis,with the cooperation of logistics enterprises,the transportation route is optimized.During the planning period,the distribution system always operates in a low-cost and high-yield state.With the dynamic adjustment of the logistics distribution network,the network density is always Maintaining a certain degree of density,the nodes are closely connected to ensure efficient operation of the distribution system,in line with the intensive and systematic development of logistics networks.The planning and application research of distribution system based on capability sharing in the uncertain environment proposed in this paper is to establish a multi-cycle dynamic transportation planning model based on logistics network capability sharing under the two principles of full capacity sharing and incomplete sharing of capabilities.The purpose is to make the logistics network synergy by sharing and integrating logistics resources,and the efficiency and efficiency are continuously improved,which provides decision-making basis for logistics enterprises to cooperate and has important theoretical and applied value.
