The involute gear train and straight-sided verge runaway escapement is a mechanical deferred insurance mechanism for the projectile fuzes.It is mainly used to ensure that the projectiles is insured during service processing and launching within a safe distance.Its reliability is directly related to whether it can complete the combat mission.Therefore,it is of great significance that the reliability and sensitivity analysis of the runaway escapement are carried out.The main research contents include:(1)According to the moments of air acting on the projectile and the equation of the circular motion of the rotating projectile,the three motion laws of the projectile in the external trajectory,namely the angular velocity of the rotation,precession and nutation movement,are obtained.The centrifugal moment is derived in runaway escapement considering rotational eccentricity,projectile bias,fuze angle and dynamic imbalance angle.The factors that affect the releasing time of the runaway escapement are abtained.(2)The 3D model of the involute gear train and straight-sided verge runaway escapement is established through SolidWorks,and the model is imported into ADAMS.It is defined by design variables and parameterized by model size,position,motion pair and drive load in order to establish a parametric virtual prototype model of the involute gear train and straight-sided verge runaway escapement.(3)The statistical distribution law and the range of values of each random variable are determined by applying the methods of mathematical statistics and hypothesis testing.Through the virtual reliability test of the involute gear train and straight-sided verge runaway escapement,the influence law of each random variable about time to release insurance of the runaway escapement is obtained.(4)Based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform,the co-simulation platform of ADAMS and MATLAB was established.And the loop simulation of the dynamic model is achieved when the MATLAB language is compiled.The virtual reliability test was complete by the active learning reliability method combining Kriging and the learning function LIF,namely AK-MCS+LIF.The Kriging model of the real function between releasing time of the involute gear train and straight-sided verge runaway escapement and each random variable is constructed,and the reliability of the involute gear train and straight-sided verge runaway escapement is evaluated.(5)Based on the Kriging model and Monte Carlo method,the sensitivity of the involute gear train and straight-sided verge runaway escapement to the distribution parameters of each basic random variable is analyzed,and the influent degree of the factors is clarified.
