Research On Production Outsourcing Management Of S Company

With the in-depth development of the new round of scientific and technological changes,outsourcing has promoted more and more enterprises to grow and strengthen their competitiveness to quickly cope with the changing environment.Production outsourcing has become a new management strategy for most brand enterprises,and the level of outsourcing management is related to the development of the whole enterprise.However,for the method of production outsourcing management,the current dynamic research in practice is relatively weak,and it is difficult to solve the problems encountered in outsourcing management in a one-size-fits-all manner.This paper takes the production outsourcing case of digital map business of S Company as the research object.Based on the research ideas of finding,analyzing and improving problems,and integrating theories in management practice,we hope to explore more scientific and reasonable outsourcing management methods and establish a more perfect outsourcing management system.The author analyzes the data production outsourcing business of S Company in detail,summarizes and sorts out three major problems in outsourcing management,analyzes the reasons,and then formulates countermeasures.For the problem of managing outsourcers,the root causes are analyzed deeply,and the evaluation index model is established by AHP to make the selection of outsourcers more scientific and reasonable;For production process management problems,optimize functional management,learn to use advanced quality control tools,and optimize outsourcing quality management through prior control;For the problems in risk management,identify risk events,use expert method to establish risk matrix,and quantify risk levels to make risk analysis more reasonable and sound.The research on the production outsourcing management of S company's digital map business is conducive to reducing its production costs and controlling outsourcing risks,which is of great significance to its strategic upgrading.It is also hoped that this research can provide some reference for exploring the production outsourcing management mode and optimizing the management system in the information and data industry.
