| In quantum information science,the information transmitted by microscopic particles is called quantum information,and quantum information science is based on quantum mechanics and relies on various coherent properties of quantum mechanics,to study the theoretical system of information storage,coding,calculation,and transmission.Among them,quantum communication refers to a new type of cross-discipline that relies on quantum characteristics to transmit information,mainly including: quantum teleportation,quantum cryptographic communication,etc.At the same time,quantum network communication is a technology to network quantum communication technology.Compared with traditional communication,quantum communication has two outstanding features: one is security,and the other is barrier-free transmission.Therefore,it is the general trend that quantum networks will ban traditional networks in the future.On the premise of quantum secure communication,how to ensure the realization of the flow control of the quantum network and the user safety monitoring of the communication has become an inevitable problem in the future development of the quantum network.This article first introduces the traditional network structure and basic quantum mechanics knowledge,and then designs a new transmission protocol based on the teleportation and classic network transmission protocols,and designs network monitoring in the new transmission protocol.The solution also solves the user monitoring problem of the National Security Bureau for information security transmission and the telecommunication company’s charging for user communication time and communication traffic.1.First,a transmission scheme in which multiple pairs of entangled particles are encapsulated into frames is designed,which greatly improves the utilization of data frames and reduces the consumption of entangled particles;secondly,in order to ensure reliable transmission,a quantum cloning machine is used for quantum states.The process of copying and backup is performed,and the control of quantum flow is realized by referring to the flow rate control method of the classic channel(window sliding mechanism)combined with the newly added protocol.2.Because the measurement information is transmitted through the classical channel in the process of teleportation,a method for calculating the number of data frame bits in the data link layer is designed according to this characteristic to complete the calculation of the classical traffic size,and then the quantum traffic is calculated through the classical traffic.At the same time,it completed the statistics of communication time and solved the problem of telecommunication companies’ charging for user communication time and communication flow.Finally,a method of monitoring IP datagrams at the network layer is designed to realize the user monitoring program of the security department for the secure transmission of information to users. |
