In recent years,with the rapid development of Guizhou Province's social economy,especially a large number of construction projects result in the frequent taking place of geological hazards,such as the landslide,collapse,debris flow,ground fissure,ground subsidence and karst collapse,which have seriously threatened the safety of local people's lives and properties and the stable development of social economy.In order to understand the type characteristics,formation mechanism,distribution law and hazard impacts of the geological disasters and effectively prevent the threats caused by geological disasters on the Liuluo village in Jianhe County,this paper pays more attention on deep research of geological hazards in the Liuluo village of Jianhe County by field investigations and geophysical prospecting.The main research results are as follows:(1)Basically identifying the main type of geological disasters is ground fissures with numbers of 8 in the Liuluo village of Jianhe County.The houses deformation,ground and farmland cracking in Liuluo village all are resulted by the ground fissures.With application of the high-density bathymetry method and the composite profiling method,it is discovered that the Liuluo village located on the F2 fault damage zone,which resulted in the development of joints and fractures,also the fractured rocks.This provides the basic geological conditions for generation of ground fissures in the Liuluo Village.(2)The main factor which leads to ground fissures in the Liuluo village is the vibration of construction blasting during construction of the Wuyangxi ? tunnels of the Jianrong highway,which had impactions on the previous fault damage zones and the joints-fractures that the expansion of different cracks,the smooth flowing of ground water in cracks.It means raining water could speeds up the deformation of ground crack.At the same time,the results of the automated monitoring show that the change of ground vertical displacement is more than the ground horizontal displacement in working area.Some ground fissures are still in the condition of peristaltic.Under the adverse climatic conditions,the land subsidence will gradually become worse,which may results in the landslide.(3)Based on the reasons and the characteristics of the ground fissures in the Liuluo Village,some measures are applied to prevent the threats,such as reinforcements of some fractured houses,decreasing the building of new houses and expanding of existing houses,and other important engineering facilities,,and reforming the water fields or ponds as the dry lands to reduce the impaction of hydrodynamic system on ground fissures.According to investigation and research,we have summarized the types,characteristics,spatial distribution laws,and the genesis mechanism of the geological disasters on the Liuluo village of Jianhe County,which has certain guiding significance for the prevention and control of geological disasters on the Liuluo village of Jianhe County,Guizhou Province.
