The Heilangou gold field is located in the northern section of Qixia-Penglai gold metallogenic belt in the middle of Jiaodong area.There exist several quartz vein type gold deposits in the study area,such as Heilangou,Hexi,Hougezhuang,Chugezhuang and Qigou.The gold mineralization mainly occurs in quartz veins containing pyrite and polymetallic sulfide.The main gold bearing mineral is pyrite,which is widely distributed in Heilangou gold field.Therefore,it provides practical significance to guide prospecting and provides metallogenic information based on the thermoelectrical characteristics and geochemical characteristics of pyrite.In this paper,a new method of in-situ mineral thermoelectric instrument was used to test the thermoelectric properties of 46 pyrite samples in different metallogenic stages collected in the field of Heilangou gold field.Meanwhile,LA-ICP-MS was used to test and analyze the trace element content of pyrite in different metallogenic stages in the study area.The main results and understandings are as follows:in the elevation range of-170?-616m in Heilangou gold field,more than 90%of pyrite thermal conductivity type shows P-type conductivity type,which indicates that the ore body exposed at this stage is still in the upper or top of the deposit.Especially,the pyrite thermoelectric coefficient is mainly concentrated in the range of 200?350?V·?-1,and the dispersion of thermoelectric coefficient of pyrite of each gold deposit is relatively large.The average value of vertical extension index calculated by pyrite thermoelectric coefficient is 30.4%,which also shows that the current exploration and mining part of Heilangou gold field belongs to the upper part of the deposit.It is considered that the deep part of Heilangou gold field still has great metallogenic potential.The temperature range of pyrite formation obtained by pyrite thermoelectric coefficient calculation is 140?300?,which indicates that the formation temperature of pyrite is medium-low temperature.Combined with the characteristics of trace element content of pyrite,Co-Ni ratio and Co-Ni-As graphic,it shows that the genetic type of pyrite is magmatic-hydrothermal type.Combined with the formation temperature of pyrite,it shows that Heilangou gold field is medium-low temperature magmatic hydrothermal type.Finally through different pyrite mineralization stage characteristics of the trace elements and thermoelectric coefficient contrast,microscopically observed different pyrite mineralization stages of information,comprehensive analysis shows that in pyrite,when the content of As is higher,could affect the thermoelectric conductivity of pyrite as the P-type,when the conent of Co,Ni,Cu and Zn is higher,could affect the thermoelectric conductivity of pyrite as N-type.
