The Songliao Basin is a representative area of global terrestrial Cretaceous stratigraphy. The "Songke 2 well",a continental scientific drilling in the Cretaceous of Songliao Basin with the goal of drilling through the Cretaceous, was successfully completed, and a large amount of high-precision geochemical logging data came out, which provided a solid basis for completing high-quality geochemical logging interpretation, and also provided an opportunity for us to study a series of scientific questions such as the paleoclimate and palaeoenvironment of the Early Cretaceous of the Mesozoic. It also provides an opportunity to study a series of scientific problems such as paleoclimate and paleoenvironment of the Mesozoic Early Cretaceous. In this paper,we take the third and fourth sections of the Shahezi Formation, which are rich in oil and gas resources in the Songliao Basin,as the focus of the study, and use the extracted cores as the basic research material.Firstly, the TOC calculation model was established using the?log R organic carbon recovery method, and the TOC values of the key layer were calculated and compared with the measured values of TOC.Third, based on three machine learning algorithms, including decision tree(CT),random forest(RF)and support vector machine(SVM),and programmed with Matlab software,we established a "machine learning lithology identification system" to identify the lithology of the key layer in Songke 2 well, and compared the identification results with the established lithology Fourth, the Chemo Fischer graphical solution and the complete empirical modal analysis(CEEMD)method were used to classify the climatic cycle of the key layers in the Songke 2 well. Finally, the paleoclimatic pattern of the key layer of Songke 2 wells is discussed in combination with the above geochemical logging fine interpretation results, and the response mechanism of the climate of the key layer of Songke 2 wells is initially explored. It is found that the Cretaceous period of Songliao Basin presents a pattern of westerly wind and monsoon interaction, and it is proposed that Daxinganling may be an important climatic pattern boundary, and due to the enhanced southeast monsoon,it makes the climate wet, lake level rise, and organic The enhanced southeastern monsoon resulted in a wet climate, rising lake level, and massive burial of organic carbon into high-quality hydrocarbon source rocks, providing a paleoclimatological model explanation for the genesis of high-quality hydrocarbon source rocks.
