Currently,in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields around the world,in order to improve the production capacity of oil and gas fields,fracturing is commonly used for construction,so as to dredge and plug oil and gas Wells and improve the seepage conditions of underground strata.The effect of fracturing and fracturing fracture reconstruction is significant,but the degree of reconstruction cannot be mastered specifically.In the past,it was not accurate to make a general judgment based on the pressure data parameters and production and construction experience acquired during production and construction.With this in mind,the "Fracturing fracture Real-time monitoring system Study" was carried out to accurately determine the fracturing effect.By analyzing the propagation law of the elastic wave field in the underground formation medium,tiny seismic effect is generated when the fracture of the underground rock is formed after the fracturing operation,and such effect is inverted to obtain the spatial geometric parameters of the induced fracture,fracture development orientation and other parameters,so as to guide or supervise the fracturing work.The purpose of this thesis is to develop a set of hydraulic fracturing cracks in the ground and real-time monitoring device on the micro seismic system,the use of seismic signals to inversion fracturing induce geometric parameters and fracture parameters such as fracture azimuth,realize the real-time acquisition and processing in the process of oil and gas Wells hydraulic fracturing micro seismic signal,can detect the cracks formed by length,width and height within strata reservoir and the relative position between the wellbore,phase relation,relative distance indicators,such as real-time monitoring,accurate positioning,three dimensional imaging features,such as crack provide decision-making basis for timely adjust the construction scheme of the fracturing parameters.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of the scene of the fracturing and optimizing instruments,equipment for micro seismic data real-time acquisition technology,micro seismic data real-time processing and analysis technology,visual imaging technology and the related research and development of software to realize the real-time acquisition and processing in the process of oil and gas Wells hydraulic fracturing micro seismic signal,the fracturing operation in rock failure induced by micro seismic inversion,calculate the induce crack space geometry parameters and dynamic parameters such as fracture development orientation,form a real-time monitoring and accurate positioning,three dimensional crack imaging technology and technical equipment,etc.In this paper,the research status of microseismic monitoring technology at home and abroad is analyzed,and the technical scheme of microseismic positioning algorithm is optimized and improved.During and after the development of the system,12 field experiments were completed.Field tests were carried out in Wells Antan1 X and Antan3 in Huabei Oilfield,1 in Jizhong area,1 in Mabi block of Yamei Continental CBM Co.,LTD.,3in Sulige area of Changqing Oilfield,and 5 in Erlian area.This research has created direct economic benefits of 15.47 million yuan for the oilfield engineering and technical service company,and has also obtained good economic benefits for the oilfield company.
