Research And Application Of User Psychological Portrait In Psychological Cloud Big Data Platform

With the development of China’s economy,people’s pursuit of quality of life is growing day by day.At the same time,under the rapid pace of life and social development,the conflict between psychological pressure and motivation is also increasingly prominent,and mental health has become an issue of increasing concern to the country and the people.It is of great reference value for formulating relevant policies and guiding relevant work to master the data of the national overall mental health level,the changing trend of mental health status,the mental health characteristics of different groups and the influence caused by mental health problems.In order to better understand the national mental health,many experts and scholars began to study the online psychological assessment system,hoping to understand the national mental health problems through the psychological assessment system.However,most of the current psychological evaluation system only evaluates the user’s psychological scale,without in-depth analysis of a large number of psychological data,without making full use of these data,and failing to excavate some hidden information and knowledge.To solve the above problems,this paper,based on the psychological cloud big data platform,puts forward the research method and application of user psychological portrait by using relevant data mining technologies.The main work includes the following aspects:Firstly,this paper proposes a prediction model of mental health factors,which can be divided into clustering and then classification model and clustering and classification comprehensive model.In these two models,k-mean++algorithm is used to divide the data sets from the perspective of the subject users and the mental health factors respectively.Then,the C4.5 decision tree algorithm was used to classify and predict the mental health factors based on the basic information of the users.Secondly,according to the collected data sets,a comparative experiment is designed to verify the first clustering and then classification model and the comprehensive clustering and classification model respectively,and the optimal model is selected by comparison.Finally,the prediction model of mental health factors is applied to the psychological cloud big data platform,which is mainly responsible for the design and implementation of user management function,psychological evaluation function and user psychological portrait function.The experiment shows that the prediction model of mental health factors constructed in this paper has a good effect,and it also provides a valuable reference for how to use data mining related technologies to construct psychological profiles of users.
