Calcium oscillation mode is a type of information encoding way of astrocyte, which includes spontaneous and induced calcium oscillation. In order to understand the biological mechanism of this encoding way,it is necessary to develop astrocyte models to capture the spontaneous and induced calcium wave activity of astrocyte. The specific contents are as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, current situation and significance of astrocyte dynamics, and describes the application of mathematical models in brain science. The second chapter summarizes and analyzes the typical astrocyte dynamics models, and explains the advantages and disadvantages of those models. The third chapter builds dynamic model for a class of closed astrocyte, and focus the astrocyte in the IP3 production and degradation rate of dynamic regulatory mechanism of the impact of cell spontaneous calcium oscillation. The formation and disappearance of spontaneous calcium oscillation modes and their transition dynamics are analyzed, and the internal mechanism of the transition mechanism between spontaneous calcium oscillation and equilibrium mode and the system bifurcation behavior are revealed. Those above results can provide dynamic control strategies for further exploring the spontaneous calcium oscillation mode of astrocyte. The fourth chapter aims to study the model that is more in line with the physiological state. On the basis of the closed astrocyte model, three main channels for calcium ions to enter and exit the cell are added, namely the calcium store-regulated calcium ion channel, the plasma membrane calcium ion pump channel and the cytoplasmic leakage channel of calcium ions. And we analyze the spontaneous calcium oscillation of astrocyte and the behavioral mechanism of the induced calcium oscillation caused by external stimulation, and further study the bifurcation behavior of these two states. The fifth chapter summarizes the whole thesis and provides some future works.
