Climate change and human activities will aggravate the uncertainty of the trend of water resources change and the supply of water resources in the northwest arid region, leading to the frequency and intensity of extreme hydrological disasters;at the same time,it will cause great troubles to water resources management, increasing water consumption and river losses The uncertainty between the two has exacerbated the contradiction between water for production and construction and ecological water delivery. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the evolution law of surface runoff under climate change,to clarify the change law of river water consumption, and to reveal the evolution process of downstream water level changes after different frequencies of water delivery. In this study, the Hetian River Basin is the research area.Based on the monthly average flow data of the Hetian River source area from 1957 to 2018,the Mann-Kendal trend test method, the cumulative anomaly method and the R/S method are used to analyze the interannual, annual and Annual runoff evolution characteristics;based on the 2006-2018hydrological station diversion and retreat flow data, study the change characteristics of the river inflow and the river water consumption, the river water consumption and the river loss;the MIKE HYDRO of the mainstream section of the Hetian River was constructed The River hydrodynamic module simulates the discharge to the Xiaota section under different frequency of incoming water, and proposes theoretical indicators for the downstream ecological water transportation. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The runoff characteristics of Wuluwati Station and Tongguzilok Station in the headstream area of the Hetian River are consistent with the interdecadal characteristics of runoff, and both have experienced a"normal water year-partial abundant water year";Wuluwati Station and Tongguzilok Station The annual runoff showed a non-significant increase trend. The mutation points of the runoff sequence were all in 2009,and the annual runoff continued to increase in the 8-9 years after 2018;the impact of the summer and autumn runoff changes in the Wuluwati Station on the annual runoff The largest, the summer runoff at Tongguziluoke Station has the greatest impact on the annual runoff;the runoff distribution is uneven during the year, and the concentration period is from May to September, accounting for 86.11%-90.86%,showing"dry winter and flood in summer".(2)According to the analysis of the water consumption of the Hetian River Basin, the Wluwati-Ka River canal first section consumes the largest water consumption(16.97×10~8m~3/a),and the Yuhe Canal Head-Aigliya section consumes the least water(2.81×10~8m~3/a),the total water consumption is consistent with the change trend of the incoming water. There is a significant positive correlation between river loss and water consumption in the Ka River canal head-Tuzhiluke,Yuhe canal head-Aigliya,Tu(jia)Ai-Xiaota section, and the Hetian River main stream section has the largest river loss.(3)The MIKE HYDRO River hydrodynamic(HD)model was constructed, and the daily flow rate at the main stream of the Hetian River and the outlet water level were calibrated, and the model was verified. The results showed that the model has a good simulation effect during the regular rate and verification period.Provide a theoretical basis for the realization of ecological water transportation in the Tarim River Basin.
