The upgrade of electronic product hardware and software has caused the shipment of smart phones to increase year by year,the diversification of consumer demand and the improvement of consumption power as well as the upgrading of mobile Internet,especially the rapid development of 5G technology,has greatly accelerated the speed of mobile phone replacement.So the number of used mobile phones has increased dramatically.However,the recycling rate of used mobile phones is extremely low,which causes a huge waste of resources and brings huge hidden dangers to the environment.How to recycle used mobile phones effectively has become an urgent problem in today's society.The reason for the low recycling rate is the underdeveloped recycling model and the poor recycling channels.The “Internet +”recycling model has become an effective way to solve this problem.“Internet +”represents a new economic form.It refers to the integration of the Internet and traditional industries relying on Internet information technology to complete economic transformation and upgrading by optimizing production factors,updating business systems,and reconstructing business models.Enterprises have established an “Internet +”recycling platform to transfer part of their recycling business online,connecting recycling companies and consumers,breaking the time and space limitations of traditional recycling models,and making the entire recycling process more convenient and efficient.Therefore,this article compares and studies the “Internet+”recycling models dominated by different subjects,and through qualitative and quantitative analysis,studies the operating mechanisms and influencing factors of different models,and provides references for the development of Chinese“Internet+”recycling.The specific research process of this article is as follows:First,on the basis of related theories,through combing and summarizing a large number of references in related fields.Clarify the backwardness of China's traditional recycling model of used mobile phones and the necessity to implement the“Internet+”recycling model.Ensure that the system dynamics method is feasible and advantageous in studying the problem of recycling of used mobile phones.Secondly,according to the different main body of used mobile phone recycling,three types of“Internet +”recycling models will be constructed,namely the “Internet +”recycling model of used mobile phones dominated by manufacturers,the “Internet +” recycling model of used mobile phones dominated by retailers,and the “Internet +” recycling model of used mobile phones dominated by third-party.Analyze the advantages and limitations of each mode,and provide suggestions for related companies in the selection of recycling mode.Then use the system dynamics to establish the system dynamics models of the three recovery modes.Finally,the computer software Vensim was used to simulate each model,analyze the impact of costs of online platform operating and costs of input logistics,the two key factors of “Internet +” on different recycling modes,and put forward some suggestions for the recycling of used mobile phones based on the actual situation.
