In the context of ecological civilization construction,the new energy vehicle industry has been in a favorable policy situation,China's new energy vehicle industry has been developing rapidly,but the domestic second-hand new energy vehicle market is still in a disorderly state of incomplete residual value evaluation system,second-hand new energy vehicle information asymmetry.Under this premise,how to objectively evaluate the second-hand new energy vehicles,the second-hand new energy vehicle evaluation to scale,standardized development has become a problem worthy of attention.Therefore,this paper attempts to apply the consumer theory to construct the evaluation model of second-hand electric vehicles,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the setting of the evaluation system of new energy vehicles and the evaluation of the residual value,and to provide a new operational method for the evaluation of second-hand electric vehicles.First of all,based on the relationship between product heterogeneity characteristics and consumer acceptance price in the consumer theory,the mechanism of evaluating the price of second-hand cars using the consumer theory is obtained,which lays a theoretical foundation for the selection of influencing factors and the construction of the model in the following paper.Secondly,on the basis of data quality analysis,a value evaluation feature system of used electric vehicles including loss variables,market variables and functional variables is constructed.And then a detailed analysis of the loss variable,the market variables and functional relationship with car prices,by comparing the primary market and secondary market in its influence degree on the electric car prices,study the market difference of characteristic variables,by further analysis,transformation and the model validation endowment effect modulating effects about the existence of second-hand electric car prices.Finally,the rationality of the model and the accuracy of pricing are proved by model test,example analysis and comparison with other models.The research results of this paper are as follows: First,the loss variable has a significant reverse effect on the price of second-hand electric vehicles;Among the market variables,battery type and brand have the greatest positive effect on price.Among the functional variables,energy,safety and driving experience can extract the information of most of the parameters,which are important characteristic variables that affect the price of second-hand electric vehicles.Second,although the introduction of government financial subsidies reduces the seller's endowment effect,it does not significantly change the impact of the three characteristic variables on the price,which shows that the value evaluation model of second-hand electric vehicles based on consumer theory is robust to a certain extent.Third,no matter in the primary market or the secondary market,market characteristic variables have almost the same impact on the price,while the effect of functional variables on the price of electric vehicles has significantly changed due to the introduction of entity variables in the secondary market.Fourthly,about 55.2% of the samples of second-hand electric vehicles have seller's endowment effect,that is,influenced by loss aversion,the final objective evaluation that the seller can accept is higher than the neutral reference price.
