The detection of urban land use change is of great significance for understanding earth system simulation,geographical condition monitoring and sustainable development planning.Under the traditional technology conditions,field survey,tracking observation and other methods need a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,and the tracking frequency and sampling range are limited,which is difficult to meet the requirements of urban land use change detection in the rapid development of urbanization.Remote sensing can reflect the changes of natural characteristics of urban land use,while crowd-source geographic data can depict the social and economic characteristics of urban land use.The effective integration of remote sensing images and crowd-source geography will be a feasible way to realize the detection of urban land use change.Therefore,by designing the detection process based on the natural feature change of remote sensing images and building the detection model of social and economic feature change based on crowd-source geographical data,this paper proposes a detection method of urban land use change that integrates remote sensing and crowd-source geographical data.Using weihai city economic and technological development zone as the research area,selection of unmanned aerial vehicle(uav)in 2017 and 2019 high resolution images and POI data,respectively,natural characteristics of urban land use based on remote sensing change detection,based on the geographical data source to the social and economic characteristics of the urban land utilization change detection,the harmony of natural and social economic characteristics of urban land use change detection.Specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the natural characteristics of uav remote sensing to carry out the urban land use change detection,based on the multi-scale segmentation,feature selection method,method of the adjacent to the area in 2017 and 2019,bare land,vegetation in the cultivated land,water,proper and road six types of land use classification,experience the classification accuracy has reached the requirement of conducting change detection;The change detection and analysis of the natural characteristics of urban land use in the economic zone of Weihai City are realized through the spatio-temporal interaction analysis.The results show that from the perspective of spatial distribution,the urban land use change in the economic district of Weihai mainly focuses on the new coastal city during 2017-2019.According to the change statistics,the total change area is 9.2km2,among which the largest change is the change of cultivated land into bare land,accounting for about 42.75% of the total change.(2)Based on the POI data to carry out the urban social and economic characteristics of land use change detection,based on parcel unit division,TF-IDF model semantic feature extraction,Jaccard coefficient of semantic similarity computation of the area in 2017 and 2019,the cultivated land,water,Shang Fu land,industrial land,residential land,land for public services,and other seven types of land use change detection,implements the weihai city by the area of urban land use change detection and analysis of the characteristics of social economy.The results showed that the changes of socio-economic characteristics of land use in the economic zone were mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal new city and the eastern part of the old city,while the changes of socio-economic characteristics of land use in the western old city and the southeastern part of the economic zone were not significant.The main land use types of change were other land and planting land.After the change,most of the urban land use types are residential land and public service land.(3)In the detection of urban land use change by integrating natural characteristics and social and economic characteristics,16 types of land use change detection types were detected by integrating natural and social and economic characteristics of land use change based on decision-making level fusion rules.According to the fusion results of change detection,the land use change of Binhai New City in the eastern economic district of Weihai City is obvious during2017-2019,which is also consistent with the change detection results of natural characteristics and social and economic characteristics.From the perspective of the type of change,the land use types that changed were mostly from cultivated land and bare land.The land use types after the change are mostly residential land and public service land.This fusion method not only takes into account the change of natural characteristics of urban land use,but also considers the change of social and economic characteristics of land use,which enriches the theoretical basis and method practice of land use change detection,and provides a new idea for the detection of urban land use change.
