Land use is the process that human and land combine to obtain material products and economic services. At the same time, land is the main spatial support for the construction of ecological civilization. It's change not only directly affects the social development, but also affects the value of ecosystem services.Land use change and its ecosystem services are still one of the hot research topics in the world. As the capital of Anhui Province,Hefei is an important national science and technology innovation pilot city in China. It's development in recent years is obvious to all and has made great achievements.Under the background of accelerated urbanization,it's land use pattern has undergone tremendous changes, and the ecosystem service function directly affected by land use types has also changed,Therefore,it is of great significance to study the land use change and ecosystem service value of Hefei City in order to promote the rational use of land resources and build a green, coordinated and sustainable ecological civilization society in the new era.In this paper, based on remote sensing and GIS technology,by processing and interpreting the Landsat remote sensing images of Hefei in 2005,2010 and 2015,the land use data of Hefei in 2005,2010 and 2015 are extracted. On this basis, the area, land use dynamic degree, land use degree, land use index of land use type are analyzed land use transfer matrix is studied, and the characteristics and laws of land use in Hefei are analyzed.Based on the study of land use, this paper studies the amount of ecosystem service value, individual ecosystem service value and sensitivity of ecosystem service value in Hefei City, and then puts forward some suggestions for the next development of Hefei city. The results are as follows:(1)The quantitative analysis of land use change in Hefei city from 2005 to 2015shows that as the most important type of land use,the number of cultivated land continues to decrease, the area of construction land and water wetland continues to increase, the area of woodland also shows a downward trend, the area of grassland first decreases and then slightly rises, and the unused land is relatively stable with little change,According to the proportion of land use types, the order from large to small is farmland>construction land>water wetland>woodland>grassland>unused land. The analysis of land use dynamic degree showed that the dynamic degree of construction land continued to rise, and the dynamic degree of water wetland also showed an upward trend. The dynamic degrees of cultivated land, forest land and grassland were all negative, and the degree of change during 2005-2010 was higher than that during 2010-2015.The dynamic degree of land use was ranked from positive to negative, from large to small,The order was construction land>water wetland>unused land>grassland>woodland>cultivated land. The analysis of land use degree shows that the index of land use degree presents an obvious upward trend, and the overall land use degree is relatively high.In 2005,2010 and 2015,the index of land use degree is 296.03,298.59 and 299.77 respectively. The actual land use degree can reach 75%of the theoretical availability degree, and the land is in the stage of development. The study of land use transfer shows that the land use changes greatly during the study period, the most important type of conversion is the conversion of cultivated land into construction land, followed by the conversion of cultivated land into water wetland, the cultivated land is in the state of consumption, and the construction land is in the stage of rapid expansion.(2)The ecosystem service values of Hefei in 2005,2010 and 2015 were15783.77×10~6yuan,15580.67×10~6yuan,15602.64×10~6yuan.The value of ecosystem services ranked from high to low in the order of waste water treatment>water conservation>climate regulation>soil formation/protection>biodiversity protection>food production>gas regulation>Entertainment Culture>raw materials. The total value of ecosystem services increases by more than 0.45%when the value coefficient of ecosystem services increases by 1%.
