| In recent years,with the gradual liberalization of China’s low-altitude airspace restrictions,the development of the general aviation industry has begun to increase.As the main product of general aviation,the demand for small airplanes is also increasing.As the market matures,the design of small airplanes is no longer limited to the functionality and appearance of the aircraft,and the ergonomics of the aircraft,especially the rationality and comfort of the pilot’s seat,becomes more and more important.The pilot interacts with the aircraft through the components in the cockpit,such as the seat,pedals,joystick,and instrument panel.The pilot interacts with the aircraft through the cockpit seat,pedals,joystick,and instrument panel.The ergonomic analysis and optimization of the cockpit components provides the pilot with a comfortable flying posture,a good view and feel of the aircraft.The harmony of this human-machine system determines the safety,maneuverability and comfort of the aircraft.In this study,ergonomic optimization of the pilot’s cockpit for small aircraft is carried out in four parts.First of all,investigate and analyze the small aircraft,understand the composition of the pilot’s cockpit,analyze the layout of the cockpit and information about each component,summarize and analyze the characteristics of the cockpit,and construct a overall human-machine system model to provide ideas for subsequent design.Secondly,a subjective evaluation experiment is conducted on the cockpit of a small airplane.Starting from the ergonomics of static human dimensions,the ergonomics parameters of each component of the cockpit of a small airplane are calculated,and the relationship between the seat and pedals,the joystick,and the reference point position of the instrument panel is optimized when the pilot is comfortable with the joint angle.Again,analyze the ergonomic dimensions and shape of the cockpit components,design the seat,pedals,joystick,and instrument panel in accordance with the ergonomic standards,build the optimized small aircraft cockpit model,and complete the small aircraft cockpit design scheme.The final solution is verified and evaluated by Jack software.The optimized solution meets the requirement of pilot comfort in small aircraft.It shows the effectiveness of the method and scheme,and provides a reference for the future design of general aviation small aircraft cockpit. |
