In today's society,social development is very rapid,and intelligent is the development direction of manufacturing automation.Intelligent manufacturing is widely used in artificial intelligence technology,and advanced computer intelligence methods can also be widely used in product formulations,production scheduling,etc.,to achieve intelligent manufacturing processes.Through the cooperation of humans and intelligent machines,partly replace mental work.It expands manufacturing automation to flexible,intelligent and highly integrated.The goal of this subject is to improve the safety and reliability of the tool exchange system in the aspect of intelligent manufacturing,optimize the structure of the tool exchange manipulator,and analyze the reliability so that the manipulator can better load and unload materials,It has high repeat positioning accuracy and good adaptability,The adaptability can be matched with a variety of different forms of end effectors to perform automated production lines or aerospace parts product handling and transportation.First,it analyzes the seven parts of the tool exchange system,explains its function,and analyzes the material transfer process,the work engineering and working principle of the manipulator.Then,in the overall analysis of the manipulator,the transmission mode and driving mode,as well as the parameter calculation of the transmission shaft and motor are determined;when the manipulator is designed,the model of the manipulator is constructed by using threedimensional modeling software.In order to improve the reliability of the manipulator,the influences of various loads and internal and external factors are fully considered in the design,and the truss was analyzed under the three conditions using the finite element analysis method.The static analysis and modal analysis were carried out on the truss,the static analysis and fatigue strength analysis of the manipulator arm were carried out,the static analysis of the manipulator and its main connecting parts are carried out,and the truss and manipulator are optimized for structural design,so that they can meet the requirements of working performance under ultimate load.Finally,the reliability analysis of the tool exchange manipulator system and the tool exchange manipulator is carried out to improve the safety and working reliability of the manipulator.
