Geophone is a special sensor for seismic exploration and engineering survey,which is connected with seismograph to receive and record seismic signal.However,in the current exploration experiments,the placement and leveling of geophones are done manually.The leveling effect of manual leveling often depends on the experience of the experimenters and the external environment of exploration.The quality of leveling directly affects the quality of seismic data.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to design a geophone leveling system to effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of geophone layout and ensure the quality of seismic data.Based on the principle of geophone,this paper analyzes the influence of geophone tilt angle on geophone output,and analyzes the influence of geophone tilt angle and frequency on data quality in detail through experiments.When the geophone tilt angle is less than 5 degrees,the error range of data collected is within 0.4%;When the dip angle of geophone is less than 0.25 degree,the data collected is basically the same as that when the dip angle is 0 degree,and the influence of dip angle can be ignored.Based on this,this paper designs a kind of auxiliary leveling scheme which is convenient for field construction and an automatic leveling system with higher accuracy and efficiency.In addition,this paper analyzes and compares several common tilt angle analytical algorithms,and selects the analytical method suitable for this paper to solve the tilt angle of geophone.For the auxiliary leveling system,the system acquisition module is designed in this paper to solve and filter the collected data.The mobile phone software is developed to connect the mobile terminal with the device through Bluetooth and send and receive data.The real-time position status of the detector is displayed to the user in the form of text and image,and the leveling strategy is given to assist the user in the leveling of the detector.For the automatic leveling system,this paper selects the leveling scheme according to the actual situation of the system,and designs the automatic leveling platform module and mechanical structure.The geophone is placed on the leveling platform,and the data measured by the tilt sensor module on the platform is combined to drive the stepping motor,so as to achieve the purpose of leveling the geophone.The PID controller is applied in the system design.Considering that the parameters of PID controller play a decisive role in the control effect,this paper proposes an improved firefly algorithm to adjust the PID control parameters.Through simulation and comparison,it is found that the improved firefly algorithm is better than the basic algorithm.The experimental results show that the leveling speed of the automatic leveling system is less than 2.5 seconds,and the accuracy is less than 0.25 degrees.At present,some functions of the geophone leveling system have been integrated into the integrated seismic exploration system independently developed by Jilin University to ensure the quality of geophone layout in the actual field seismic exploration.
