| Facing the Sino-US trade war and the post-epidemic era,the electronic equipment manufacturing industry,as a pillar industry,is very important to maintain the international cycle,expand the domestic small cycle,and stabilize social production and stability.Electronic equipment manufacturing company urges to quickly and comprehensively locate and clarify the gap between itself and related companies,and find out the technical efficiency limiting factors in the dimensions of production product category,spatial geography,industry,and other dimensions,as well as the improvement path.DEA method is the main method of enterprise technical efficiency evaluation,However,there are few studies on the overall technical efficiency of the electronic equipment manufacturing industry,and the research methods ignore the environmental noise problem.To this end,this article starts from the perspective of environmental random factors and subjective preferences of experts,tries to incorporate environmental random factors and subjective preferences of experts into the DEA model,and proposes and constructs a DEA model based on hesitating fuzzy sets that corrects external environmental influence.Evaluate immeasurable environmental noise by using hesitant fuzzy sets.According to the characteristics of the electronic equipment manufacturing industry,a multi-input single-output indicator system has been developed.Input indicators are total assets,production costs,R&D investment and environmental noise,and output indicators are only operating income.And conduct technical efficiency analysis on the financial data of the 2015-2019 annual reports of 24 sample listed companies: The overall technical efficiency of JONHON is at a relatively low level.The comprehensive technical efficiency of 0.943 and the pure technical efficiency of 0.958 are both lower than the industry level.Ranked 17 th and 20 th respectively among the 24 sample companies.However,the overall operating conditions of the industry are relatively good,and technological progress is the main driving force for the improvement of total factor productivity.In order to further analyze the reasons for the low technical efficiency of JONHON,the DEA model is used to further analyze JONHON and give specific suggestions.(1)The technical efficiency indicators of the main business electrical connectors and integrated components are at a relatively good level,but their anti-risk ability is relatively weak compared with other industry products.The domestic region is facing a demand bottleneck problem.It is recommended that the level of technological innovation should be improved and the overseas market should continue to be deployed;(2)The pure technical efficiency of optical devices and optoelectronic equipment is seriously lower than the company’s level,scale efficiency is on a downward trend,scale returns are in a state of increasing scale,and other indicators are in good condition.It is recommended that such products should be led by optimizing resource allocation,gradually expanding the scale of production,and enhancing the company’s ability to resist risks;(3)The comprehensive technical efficiency of fluids,dental and other products shows a downward trend.The number of years of increasing returns to scale and the number of years of optimal scale each account for half of the sample period,and the total factor productivity is declining.The limiting factor is the decline in the growth rate of comprehensive technological changes and pure technological changes,It is recommended that such products be led by strengthening technical management capabilities,strengthening innovation drive,and improving resource utilization. |
