With the development of chaos theory,a large number of interdisciplinary disciplines have been derived so far,such as chaos economics,chaos electronic communication and chaos biology.Chaotic circuit is the key of chaotic secure communication system,which is applied to produce complex chaotic signal.The memory chaotic circuits can produce more complex dynamic behavior,while for communication and other fields,the signal is the more complex,and it is the more favorable to prevent leakage.Therefore,it is of great value to discuss the control problem of memory chaotic circuit system.This paper focuses on chaotic memory system,third order memory BPF chaotic circuit system,active BPF based memory Chua circuit system and fourth order memory circuit system.This paper consider the control problems of the above mentioned memory chaotic circuit systems by using linear feedback control method,adaptive feedback control method and trajectory tracking control method based on feedback linearization.The specific research of this paper are as follows:For the chaotic memory systems,different controllers are designed using linear feedback control,adaptive feedback control and trajectory tracking control.Firstly,the phase-orbital diagram and time-domain waveform diagram of the system are drawn by MATLAB to characterize its complex dynamic behavior.Then,i design different controllers on the basis of the basic characteristics of the system.And the feasibility is proved in theory by using Rolls-Herwitz criterion.Finally,in order to verify the control effect of the designed controller on the system,The time domain waveform diagram of the system after applying the controller is given,and it can be seen that the controlled system tends to stabilize eventually.For the third order memory BPF chaotic circuit system,an enhanced feedback controller and an adaptive feedback controller are designed respectively.Firstly,the phase-orbital diagram of the third-order memristor BPF chaotic circuit system is drawn by MATLAB to characterize the rich dynamic behavior of the device.Then,an enhanced feedback controller and an adaptive feedback controller are designed on the basis of the basic characteristics of the system.And the feasibility is proved in theory by Lyapunov's stability and Routhlls-Hurwitz's criterion.Finally,in order to verify the control effect of the designed controller on the system,the time domain waveform diagram of the system after applying the controller is drawn by using the MATLAB.It can be seen from the diagram that the controlled system finally tends to be stable.For active-based BPF memory Chua's circuit system,a linear feedback controller and an adaptive feedback controller are designed respectively.Firstly,the phase-orbital diagram of the memory-impedance chua's circuit system based on active BPF is drawn by MATLAB to characterize its complex dynamic behavior;Then,i design a general linear feedback controller and an adaptive feedback controller on the basis of the basic characteristics of the system.And the feasibility is proved by lyapunov stability principle and Rolls-Herwitz's criterion.Finally,in order to verify the control effect of the designed controller on the system,the time domain waveform diagram of the system after applying the controller is drawn by using the MATLAB.It can be seen from the diagram that the controlled system finally tends to be stable.For the control problem of the fourth order memory chaotic circuit system,the method of linear feedback control and adaptive feedback control are applied.Firstly,the phase-orbital diagram of the fourth order memory chaotic circuit system is drawn by MATLAB to characterize its rich dynamic behavior;Then,a dislocation feedback controller and an adaptive feedback controller are designed on the basis of the basic characteristics of the system.And the feasibility is proved in theory by Lyapunov's stability and Rolls-Herwitz's criterion.Finally,in order to verify the control effect of the designed controller on the system,the time domain waveform diagram of the system after applying the controller is drawn by using the MATLAB.It can be seen from the diagram that the controlled system finally tends to be stable.
