In this paper,we study C-totally real submanifolds with constant sectional curvature in the Sasakian space forms.By constructing typical frame and giving the second fundamental form with respect to this frame,combined with the uniqueness theorem and canonical examples of C-totally real submanifolds,we obtain a complete classification of n-dimensional C-totally real minimal submanifolds with constant sectional curvature.
