With the acceleration of global economic development,the consumption of limited mineral resources on land is increasing day by day.Seabed resource exploration has become one of the ways to expand the resource space,so the seabed sediment temperature probe technology has been paid more and more attention.At the same time,the seabed temperature detection technology is also widely used in the earth geographical survey.The various geographical activities of the earth seabed,such as crustal movement,thermal spring eruptions and volcanic eruptions,directly or indirectly produce endothermic or exothermic activities,and these geographical changes also directly affect the variation of the seabed temperature gradient value.Since the middle of the 20 th century,there have been Bullard type,Ewing type and Lister type temperature detection equipment,which has improved the efficiency and accuracy of temperature detection of seabed sediments.However,the above temperature detection equipment has the disadvantages of large volume,long detection time and constant operation.It is of great significance to study new temperature probe equipment and submarine temperature probe technology.In this paper,the mechanical structure and control system of the tail fin adjustable temperature probe system are studied,and a practical temperature probe motion control algorithm is realized,which is applied to the developed temperature probe prototype.In the aspect of mechanical design,the mechanical shape and structure of the probe were redesigned,with emphasis on the design of the probe cabin and tail fin,and the compression strength of the cabin and the streamline design of the probe were simulated and analyzed to improve the stability of the probe.In terms of hardware,the main hardware of the cabin body is designed.According to the design requirements,the main control board and attitude control module with easy operation and high performance are selected.The temperature probe temperature measuring module is developed to improve the accuracy and speed of temperature measurement.In terms of the control algorithm,the body coordinate system and the inertial coordinate system are established firstly,the motion process of the probe is analyzed,the label and control range of the tail fin of the probe are defined,and finally the motion control algorithm of the probe is realized based on the PID control method.At the same time,the temperature data processing algorithm is studied to realize the temperature measurement and temperature data outlier processing.Based on the hardware construction and algorithm design,the requirements of the upper computer software are analyzed.According to the dynamic process of the software,the communication protocol is defined and the human-computer interaction interface is designed.Finally,the system simulation experiment is carried out to illustrate the advanced nature of the design.The experimental results show that the temperature probe studied in this paper has the characteristics of high efficiency of motion control algorithm,strong control ability of the temperature probe,high speed and precision of temperature measurement,and easy operation of the upper computer software.It has practical engineering application significance.
