In this paper,the carbon fiber trapezoidal sandwich structure prosthesis is designed and manufactured.Then static load compression tests were carried out on carbon fiber trapezoidal sandwich structures with different relative densities,and acoustic emission technology was used to monitor them.The effect of different factors on the performance of carbon fiber trapezoidal sandwich structure was analyzed.The failure mode of carbon fiber trapezoidal sandwich structure under static load compression was analyzed by using the single-parameter analysis method and the entropy curve and Andrews plot curve based on the theory of multiple random damage variables.Carbon fiber trapezium sandwich structure numerical model is established,and simulated on the test machine,the simulation calculation of the bearing way by the experimental results verify the accuracy of the simulation results,and then use numerical model simulation analysis of different factors on the properties of carbon fiber trapezium sandwich structure influence factor,and provide the reference to the prosthetic foot for carbon fiber composite trapezoidal sandwich structure design.Prosthetic foot is the only means to restore the walking function of lower limb amputees.The prosthetic foot can basically compensate for the loss of the normal life function of lower limb amputees,so that the amputees can take care of themselves,or even walk out of some specific corners of the disability deviating from the mainstream of society and return to the normal life of society.For the wearer of the prosthetic foot,the excessive weight of the prosthetic foot will cause more energy consumption during exercise,so the lightweight of the prosthetic foot has become a necessary condition for choosing the prosthetic foot.At the same time,in order to install sensors on the foot so as to collect the movement status of amputee patients,and to avoid the loss of the performance of the prosthetic foot caused by drilling holes and installing sensors on the prosthetic foot,it is necessary to carry out multi-function design on the prosthetic foot.Carbon fiber composites have the advantages of high strength,light weight,strong design freedom and so on.The trapezoidal sandwich structure has the advantages of low density,light weight,strong supporting capacity and multi-function,which is suitable for the design requirements of the prosthetic foot structure.Based on the above factors,a new type of carbon fiber trapezoidal sandwich structure was designed and manufactured by combining carbon fiber composite materials with trapezoidal sandwich structure.But due to the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite materials with anisotropic,failure mode diversification and the failure mode of sandwich structure diversification,influence factors such as the mechanical properties of carbon fiber trapezium sandwich structure,so need to analyze influencing factors on the properties of carbon fiber trapezium sandwich structure as well as the failure mode,the research content of this paper is based on the established.
