Research On Three-way Concept Cognition Of Fuzzy Rough Set

Concept cognition is a new research direction that combines formal concept analysis and cognitive computing.Concept cognition simulates the cognitive learning process of the human brain,and learns continuously from the given limited clues.Concept cognition is an incremental learning based on new information.The decision-making is conflict in the process of cognition,and how to effectively resolve the question is a hot topic.The incremental cognition of concept learning is integrated with the idea of three-way decisions in the paper.The paper has the following research:1)The numerical description of the decision costs of three-way decisions is proposed.Firstly,in the fuzzy information system,the decision costs of the three-way decisions is associated with the fuzzy number by establishing a function describing the decision costs.Then the membership frequency is calculated and fitted.A new function about the attribute value is obtained to calculate the decision costs.2)The fuzzy rough set conflict information system(FRS-CIS)is introduced.In the probabilistic FRS-CIS over two universes,the paper establishes three-way decisions theoretical fuzzy rough set,and(0,1)-probabilistic FRS and 0.5-probabilistic FRS are presented.3)Three-way concept learning based on incremental cognition is presented.The paper analyses cognitive concept included positive region,negative region and boundary region about the process of human cognition in the general formal context.And the paper extends the concept learning in the general formal context to the concept learning in the fuzzy formal context.Three-way concept learning based on incremental cognition and three-way fuzzy concept learning about incremental cognition based on similarity are proposed.Besides,the paper discusses three-way concept learning and three-way fuzzy concept learning based on similarity with the different clues(ie.the object set,the attribute set and the object set and attribute set).
