At present,with the rise of China's economy and the obvious improvement of residents' living standards,the number of domestic private cars is increasing.The number of parking gaps has increased sharply along with the increase in the number of private cars in cities,and “difficult parking” has become a livelihood problem that is currently plagued by urban comprehensive management.At present,threedimensional garages in my country mainly have problems such as long access time,low operating efficiency,and high maintenance costs,making it difficult to promote in small and medium cities.The reason is that the automatic measurement and control management of the three-dimensional garage is a multi-disciplinary fusion technology integrating electromechanical,optical and computer integration,and there are certain difficulties in its research and realization.Among them,the control method and optimization strategy of the stereo garage are the most important.In addition,people in small and medium-sized cities have low acceptance of stereo garages,which to a certain extent also exacerbates the undesirable trend of “prices but no market” in the industry as a whole.In order to improve and solve the abovementioned problems in the measurement and control management of the threedimensional garage at this stage,this article focuses on the measurement and control method of the three-dimensional garage and its optimization strategy.This article selects the roadway stacking stereo garage as the research object,expounds its operation principle,discusses its operation characteristics,and gives the overall design plan of the roadway stereo garage measurement and control system.The passenger flow distribution of one day is selected for analysis,and the Poisson distribution is adopted as the passenger flow probability distribution model.And determine the use of average queue length,average queue length,average stay time,average waiting time and other indicators for quantitative evaluation and analysis.In the study of the control method of the garage measurement and control system,a fusion algorithm based on the tabu algorithm and the Floyd algorithm is proposed to carry out the research on the optimization of the access vehicle path planning to solve the problem of vehicle access scheduling under the condition of single entrance and multiple stackers.Considering the large passenger flow during the commuting peak period,problems such as long vehicle addressing time and even unreasonable parking space allocation are prone to occur,which causes the average stay time of customers to prolong,resulting in excessively long vehicle access time in the entire queue.The research results show that the path optimization planning fusion algorithm based on the mathematical model of queuing theory is feasible.Before optimization,the average stay time is reduced to 1.5727 minutes,the average waiting time can be shortened to 4 minutes per 32 vehicles,and the average queue length and average queue length are reduced by one vehicle per minute.The path planning fusion algorithm studied in the thesis can shorten the average addressing time,thereby saving the necessary access time for vehicles in the stereo garage,thereby reducing the average queue length and average queue length,reducing the average staying time and average waiting time,and improving the performance of the laneway stereo garage.Unit operation efficiency,and improve the utilization rate of the garage.The research of the paper can not only provide reference for the measurement and control problems of the stereo garage under other application conditions,but also play a good role in promoting the improvement and promotion of the stereo garage measurement and control management technology,which is conducive to the realization of the stereo garage measurement and control management network,sharing,and intelligence.
