Passivity theory is closely related to engineering technology, cybernetics, circuit analysis and so on.It plays an important role in dynamic system stability, chaotic synchronization control, and signal processing. The passive control method of stochastic system was proposed by Professor R.Ortega in 1989.The core idea is to design a kind of controller to stabilize the open-loop system so that the closed-loop system is stable and meets the conditions of passive. In addition, time delay is a main reason for unstable or poor performance,Therefore, studying stochastic time-delay systems and time-delay neural networks has important theoretical value. This paper studies the passive analysis of a class of nonlinear neutral stochastic time-delay systems and neutral stochastic memristive neural networks with mixed time-delays and designs corresponding controllers.Firstly, the problem of passive analysis of systems with nonlinear neutral stochastic time delays is studied in this paper. In order to ensure the passivity of the nonlinear neutral stochastic time-delay system, the corresponding state feedback and time-delay feedback controllers are designed respectively.By constructing the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, under the condition that the excitation function satisfies the sector condition, using the linear matrix inequality technique and the free weight matrix method, the sufficient conditions for the system to be passive are obtained. Finally, numerical simulations verify the correctness of the deduced results and the effectiveness of the controller.Secondly,This paper investigates the passivity analysis issue for neutral stochastic memristive neural networks with mixed time-varying delays.By applying of differential inclusion,set-valued maps,a proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed.Combining with linear matrix inequations, some sufficient criteria for the passivity are obtained.Meanwhile, linear feedback controller and delay feedback controller are designed, respectively,to guarantee passivity of NSMNNs.Finally, numerical simulations verify the correctness of the deduced results and the effectiveness of the controller.
