Amorphous photonic crystal has the characteristics of isotropy and non-iridescence effect,which can present the structure color with high saturation,and provide a good development platform and promotion space for the research and application of structure color related fields.Based on SiO2,this paper prepared a kind of structure color material with low Angle dependence and high saturation,studied its color effect,and improved its performance accordingly.In this paper,nanoparticles blending method is used to prepare highly saturated structural color materials.The method is easy to operate,less time consuming,and can effectively improve the structural color saturation of raw materials.The mixed nanoparticles prepared by this method have good dispersion.By changing the amount of mixed materials,the structural color materials with different saturation can be prepared,and the structural color materials with corresponding saturation can be regulated according to the demand.In this paper,amorphous photonic crystals are prepared by coating nanoparticles,which greatly improves the preparation efficiency and simplifies the preparation process.Studies have shown that the production amount of polydopamine can be changed by adding different amounts of dopamine,that is,polydopamine layers of different thickness can be formed to coat the surface of SiO2 nanoparticles,and then composite nanoparticles with different particle sizes can be formed.Composite nanoparticles with different particle sizes can produce different color materials,so the particle size of composite particles can be regulated according to the requirements of color development.At the same time,the reaction environment of different PH value,different observation angles and different solvents were studied and analyzed to realize the further regulation of nanoparticles.In this paper,different amounts of polyvinyl alcohol were added to improve the performance of structural color films,and the effect on the color effect was studied.It is found by reflection spectrogram and optical micrograph that when the amount of polyvinyl alcohol is 4%-6%,the color stability of structural color films can be improved effectively.This method can improve the color performance of structural color materials,which has the advantages of simple operation and environmental protection,and is expected to provide new research ideas for printing,packaging and color sensing.
