In recent years,affected by various factors,the quality of cultivated land soil environment in China has declined,and the health status of agricultural ecosystem has been deteriorating day by day,which has seriously affected food security and food safety.According to the state's five-in-one directive,food security and resource security are closely related to agricultural development.Among them,organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer is the choice of agricultural road for the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful China.The processing of agricultural organic waste into organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer conforms to the development requirements of green agriculture in the future.The policy of optimizing organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer and good agricultural planting mode are the effective ways to solve the above problems and develop sustainable agriculture.On the basis of previous long-term rotation and application of organic fertilizer,earthworm manure was added to corn-soybean rotation instead of chemical fertilizer,and the effect of this model on soil agrochemical properties and microbial diversity in rhizosphere was discussed.Seven treatments,such as single application of organic fertilizer,organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer,were set up.The results were analyzed statistically.The results were as follows:(1)Under rotation rotation conditions,soil nutrients show a steady growth trend year by year.Each treatment has increased the soil organic matter,all nitrogen,all phosphorus,alkali nitrogen,quick phosphorus and quick potassium to varying degrees,and improved significantly compared with CK,among which single application of organic fertilizer treatment M3 has the most significant effect on improving soil nutrients.Treatment on soil nutrients as M3> T1> M2> T3> T2> M1> CK(2)Compared with CK treatment,the single treatment of organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic fertilizer can significantly improve the activity of soil urease,sucrase,phosphatase,and peroxidase,and after two years of comparison to improve the soil enzyme activity of organic fertilizer and treat T2 with organic inorganic fertilizer.And corn-soybean rotation can significantly improve the activity of soil urease,sucralase,phosphatase and peroxidase.(3)The combination of organic fertilizer and rotation rotation can significantly improve the functional diversity and uniformity of soil microorgan isms and reduce the advantage of microbial population.In particular,M3 treated with single organic fertilizer is most beneficial to improve the soil rhizome microorganism condition.(4)Soil nutrient changes between the treatments are closely related to the enzyme activity.Two-year rotation test soil total nitrogen was significantly associated with all indicators(except organic matter and alkaloid nitrogen)at P <0.01;soil total phosphorus and all indicators(except organic matter,alkaloid nitrogen)at P <0.01;and soil rapid phosphorus and potassium with all indicators at P <0.05.The four enzyme activity was significantly associated with each other.
