In order to make the environment of limestone mountain region recover greening rapidly,effectively,the research object of this paper gives priority to the typical limestone mountain of various counties and cities in Shanxi province.The research inquired and studied the composition of natural plants,environmental factors,site conditions,growing condition of plants,etc.of the limestone mountain of 19 counties in Shanxi province.At the same time,according to the code of “given priority to natural recovery”,the selection principle of ecological recovery of limestone vegetation were proposed and three ecological zones in Shanxi province were divided.And based on the keeping loss of soil and water,the increasing of plant diversity,landscape improvement,forming good circulation of mine ecological environment,screening methods of establishing the targeted,systemic and adapting to recovery of plant of Shanxi limestone ecology.Though the initial screening,the secondary screening and triple screening,at last,a set of ecological species recovery was screened out.Then,the scientific methods were given for the screening of recovering greening of plant in Shanxi limestone mountain region.And the effective methods for recovering greening in the wide limestone mountain regions located in temperate zone were given.In the early stage,on the basis of looking up great amounts of literature and files,the previous methods were analyzed,previous experiences were summarized and the related and excellent research methods were referenced.Through comprehensive field survey,investigation and study of the square land for sample,the screening method for recovering greening of Shanxi limestone mountain ecology was finally made and the screening of plant in various regions was completed.a.Consulting various aspects of related literature and files,the final scheme was summarized and determined.First,divide the limestone mountain ecological adapting area;divide into three kinds of vegetation ecological areas which are Southern Shanxi,central Shanxi,and northern Shanxi.Second,carry on comprehensive field survey of limestone in Shanxi,record species and quantitative characteristics of plants in different areas,and determine the selective range of species.b.Taking the vegetation sample data of comprehensive survey as prerequisite,combine the selective range of the species,combine field survey with scientific methods,systemically,targetedly compile the vegetation screening principles and conditions of limestone mountain.The selective principles are mainly set from the aspects of suitable location and suitable trees,tolerance,administration,the richness of the species.The screening conditions are from every physiological and biochemical aspect of vegetation,for example: height,roots,seed yield and so on.c.Accordingly formulate scientific screening methods.Through calculating the important value of plant in the quadrat,according to the three ecological divided areas in the early stage,rank the important values of vegetation,screen out shrub species and herbs.In the north of Shanxi province,there are 17 kinds of shrubs,17 kinds of herbs;in the middle of Shanxi province,14 kinds of shrubs,17 kinds of herbs;in the south of Shanxi province,26 kinds of shrubs,29 kinds of herbs.d.The secondary screening was based on the vegetation of the initial screening,first 4site factors were determined,they respectively are: slope,soil thickness,bare rock ratio,ph.Second,the site types of northern Shanxi,central Shanxi and southern Shanxi were divided,then they would be divided into four,four and eight site types.Finally,according to different site types,they were combined with the corresponding species of initial screening.The secondary screening species were determined at last.e.The triple screening used comprehensive evaluation and marking method.And based on the vegetation of secondary screening,the marking and evaluation index and evaluation system were established.Through marking method,the plants would all be marked according to the evaluation index,then the clustering analysis of the software was used to analyze and evaluate them.Where,the excellent species in the north of Shanxi province are: shrubs: vitex chinensis mill(Vitex negundo L.),spiraea trilobata(Spiraea trilobata L.),yellow dahurian rose(Rosa xanthina Lindl),korshinskii(Caragana korshinskii Kom.),willow buckthorn(Rhamnus erythroxylon Pall.),heshuo sanzhen Rao(Wikstroemia chamaedaphne Meisn.),arborvitae(Platycladus orientalis(L.)Franco),hebei wooden blue flower(Indigofera bungeana Walp.),total 8 species.Herbs: bothriochloa ischaemum(Bothriochloa ischaemum(L.)Keng),splendid achnatherum(Achnatherum splendens(Trin.)Nevski),Aster altaicus(Heteropappus altaicus(Willd.)Novopokr.)Ajania parviflora(Ajania parviflora(Grun.)Ling),thyme Thymus mongolicus Ronn.),total 5 speciesIn the middle of Shanxi,the excellent species are: shrubs: yellow dahurian rose(Rosa xanthina Lindl),Syringa reticulate(Syringa reticulata(Blume)Hara var.),vitex chinensis mill(Vitex negundo L.),spiraea trilobata(Spiraea trilobata L.),Lespedeza dahurica(Lespedeza davurica(Laxm.)Schindl.),Gleditsia macrophylla(Gleditsia microphylla Gordon ex Y.T.Lee),total six species.Herbs: bothriochloa ischaemum(Bothriochloa ischaemum(L.)Keng),Eragrostis ferruginea(Eragrostis ferruginea(Thunb.)Beauv.),Heteropappus altaicus(Heteropappus altaicus(Willd.)Novopokr.),Thalictrum foeniculaceum(Thalictrum foeniculaceum Bunge),total 4 species.In the south Shanxi province,the excellent species are: vitex chinensis mill(Vitex negundo L.),Gleditsia macrophylla(Gleditsia microphylla Gordon ex Y.T.Lee),Sophora viciifolia(Sophora davidii(Franch.)Skeels),Syringa reticulate(Syringa reticulata(Blume)Hara var.amurensis(Rupr.),yellow dahurian rose(Rosa xanthina Lindl),fructus forsythia(Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl),Lespedeza daurica(Lespedeza davurica(Laxm.)Schindl.),sea-buckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides L.),Quercus baronii(Quercus baronii Skan),Rhamnus erythroxylon(Rhamnus erythroxylon Pall.),total 10 species.Herbs:bothriochloa ischaemum(Bothriochloa ischaemum(L.)Keng),cotton grass(Eriophorum comosum Nees),thyme(Thymus mongolicus Ronn.),Cleistogenes hancei(Cleistogenes hancei Keng),total 4 species.
