Synchrotron radiation device is a multi-disciplinary frontier field research and emerging high-end large scientific research facility.It is currently the only light source that can obtain high brightness and cover a wide spectrum range.Synchrotron radiation X-rays have a wide range of energy spectrum,high radiation intensity,excellent monochromaticity,beam collimation and uniformity,and other unique and excellent radiation characteristics,which have important applications in the field of cutting-edge technology.In the study of synchrotron radiation X-ray metrology,the Institute of High Energy Physics Chinese Academy of Sciences has studied metrology methods of synchrotron radiation X-ray between 50 e V to 6 keV,and is studying energy measurement methods above 6 keV.The study on the calibration method of synchrotron radiation X-ray energy provides a foundation for the establishment of a high fluence rate synchrotron radiation X-ray metrology system.The main work includes:1.AXUV-100 G silicon photodiode was selected as the transmission standard detector.In order to meet the requirements of secondary transmission standard value reproduction and transmission,the radiation response was measured by the reference device of low-energy and medium-energy X-ray air kerma.The AXUV-100 G has a high energy response in the radiation field with an effective energy of 10 keV-40 keV,and the uncertainty of the sair kerma under each radiation quality is 0.5734%,0.5720%,0.5724%,0.5736%,0.5714%,respectively,showing better stability.2.Use a calibrated transmission standard detector to measure a uniform field that satisfies the reproduction and transmission of air kerma at a reference plane 1 m from the focal spot of the X-ray machine.The measured diameter of the radiation field with a non-uniformity less than 1% in the horizontal direction at a distance of 1 m from the focal spot of the optical machine is approximately 61 mm at the aperture diameter is 3mm and approximately 24 mm at the aperture diameter is 1 mm;the radiation field with a non-uniformity less than 1% in the horizontal direction at a distance of 1 m from the focal spot of the optical machine is about 96 mm the aperture diameter is 3mm and about 70 mm at the aperture diameter is 1 mm.3.Use the free air ionization chamber and the transfer standard detector to calibrate the 6-20 keV synchrotron radiation X-rays on the synchrotron radiation device of the Institute of High Energy Physics Chinese Academy of Sciences.The relationship curve of energy approximates a straight line.4.On the synchrotron radiation device of Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,perform synchrotron radiation X-ray energy calibration in the 20-70 keV radiation range.Record two AXUV-100 G as No.1 and No.2,and place them in the radiation field of 20-70 keV respectively.The calibration factors of the two transfer detectors under different energies are obtained through calculation.Their change trend is basically the same,and No.2 has a better fit.
