With the advantages of fast response, wide measurement range,non-contact measurement, healthy harmless, and low maintenance cost,Ultrasonic measurement technology is suitable for rapid measurement field of liquid temperature and density. An ultrasonic liquid temperature and density measurement system and method for various liquids are designed to solve the problem of single object of ultrasonic liquid temperature and density measurement at present. The following are the main research contents:1.Based on the principle of Transit-time,an ultrasonic velocity measurement instrument is designed. The sound velocity measurement module uses FPGA to transmit the driving signal of transducer and collect the echo signal which achieved nanosecond measurement accuracy of ultrasonic propagation time, and the temperature measurement, display, communication and other functions was completed by using STM32 as the human-computer interaction module.2.In order to measure liquid temperature and density with high precision in laboratory,a temperature controlled water bath vessel with a cross distribution type ultrasonic transducer was designed;taking white oil as the object of measurement experiment, results showed that the system temperature measurement accuracy isą0.12?,and the density measurement accuracy isą0.22kg/m~33.In order to rapidly measure the temperature and density of liquid in situ,an opposite-type ultrasonic transducer probe was designed, the response time is 0.63s.4.In order to establish the temperature-density table as liquid density standard,we designed the measurement device of liquid temperature-density relationship based on electronic balance.
