| Rivet riveting technology is a common mechanical connection method,which plays an extremely important role in today’s connection industry.It is widely used between railway vehicles and aircraft manufacturing parts and steel structures.The traditional riveting is mostly cold riveting,and the rivet materials are mostly metal.With the increasing use of non-metal materials,the riveting process of non-metal rivet materials is more and more important,and the hot riveting process of plastic rivet materials is more and more widely used,while the ductility of plastic rivet materials is poor,plastic rivet riveting needs to be hot riveting,and plastic rivet is hot During the riveting process,the deformation of plastic rivets seriously affects the assembly performance and service life of products.In this paper,theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation are used to study the stress and deformation of plastic rivets in the process of hot riveting.The dynamic simulation of the process of hot riveting of plastic rivets is carried out by using the method of finite element numerical simulation,which is an effective verification of the previous theoretical analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper expounds the research background and significance of this paper,compares and analyzes the types and different methods of rivet riveting at present,introduces the research status of rivet riveting technology at home and abroad in detail,briefly expounds the structure of the common plastic rivet hot riveting machine,and expounds the structure of the mechanical system closely related to the rivet and the plastic rivet in the process of plastic rivet riveting Based on the analysis of the installation process,this paper studies the common method of hot riveting of plastic rivets-press riveting.The process of hot riveting and press riveting of plastic rivets was analyzed.This paper puts forward the material flow rule that the plastic rivet is upset in the process of pressing riveting.On this basis,the deformation state of the plastic rivet produced in the process of hot riveting and the factors influencing the deformation of the rivet are analyzed.This paper analyzes the distributed pressure in the process of hot riveting and press riveting of plastic rivets.The riveting process is divided into five stages.Based on the analysis of the stress and deformation of plastic rivets in each stage,the magnitude of the riveting force required for the forming of plastic rivet pier head is calculated and verified by the finite element simulation.In this paper,the finite element dynamic simulation of the hot riveting and pressing process of plastic rivets is carried out.The method of building the hot riveting model of plastic rivets,specifying the material properties of plastic rivets,meshing,contact and friction treatment,load and constraint model is studied in ANSYS/workbench finite element software.The dynamic simulation of the hot riveting and pressing process of plastic rivets and the stress of plastic rivets are obtained Variation cloud chart and strain rule of plastic rivet. |
