With the continuous development of engineering application field,the demand for InSAR increases gradually.Because D-InSAR has many error sources and no effective separation method,the time series InSAR appeared.Compared with traditional D-InSAR,time series InSAR has many advantages such as long monitoring cycle and high monitoring accuracy,but there is still having a problem that the atmospheric delay phase cannot be estimated correctly,which has a great impact on the correct interpretation of surface deformation in the study area.After comparing a variety of atmospheric denoising methods,linear atmospheric phase denoising algorithm and GACOS atmospheric phase denoising algorithm based on external data are adopted to replace the traditional atmospheric phase estimation algorithm in StaMPS-PS,and applied to the mine subsidence monitoring to obtain more accurate monitoring results.In this paper,the subsidence deformation of the mining area in Shanxi Province was studied on the basis of the SBAS-InSAR and traditional StaMPS-PS time series methods.(1)Based on the basic principles of D-InSAR,SBAS-InSAR and StaMPS-PS,this paper expounds the data processing process,and introduces the key technologies and algorithms in detail.(2)The traditional time series methods of SBAS-InSAR and StaMPS-PS are used for subsidence monitoring in the mining area.In the SBAS-InSAR experiment,the time series results are analyzed statistically and the law of mining subsidence was analyzed.In the StaMPS-PS time-series analysis,the deformation values before and after error removal were compared and the effect of error removal on the deformation rate was compared and the accuracy was analyzed.The results show that the monitoring data obtained by the two methods are slightly different,which were suitable for the monitoring of mine subsidence.(3)For the correction experiment of atmospheric phase,the main error term in StaMPS-PS,the linear atmospheric phase denoising method and GACOS atmospheric phase denoising method were selected to simulate the atmospheric phase.In the processing process,kriging interpolation method was used to interpolate the atmospheric phase in the interference space to separate the deformation phase from the atmospheric phase.The results show that the accuracy of the two methods is higher than that of the traditional time-series InSAR method,and the accuracy of the GACOS denoising method is higher than that of the linear denoising method.
