Network Realization Of Greenhouse Gas Emission Data Statistics And Verification

With the development of economic globalization,global warming caused by the substantial increase in the concentration of greenhouse gases has had a serious impact on natural ecosystems and human survival.In order to understand the state of greenhouse gas emissions across the country,the state requires the development of emission data statistical research and the establishment of a statistical platform system.The National Development and Reform Commission requires all provinces and cities to formulate corresponding emission statistics management systems.Henan Province organized the compilation of an implementation plan for the carbon emission work of key units,clarifying the scope,requirements and implementation progress of the work.Based on the characteristics of Henan Province's carbon emission data statistics and verification,this paper researches and designs the process and main body of data statistics and verification,completes the design of data statistics forms and data analysis forms,and can be implemented on a network.The main work of this thesis is as follows.1.According to the issued verification guidelines,combined with the different carbon emission intensity of various industries in Henan Province,the relatively small proportion of some industries in the province,and the extremely different production processes of enterprises in the industry,the province's greenhouse gas emission status and emission process were investigated through field inspections.2.Based on the actual experience of the statistics and verification of greenhouse gas emission data of different enterprises,through exchanges and discussions with government authorities,verification agencies and enterprises,the basic principles of data statistics and verification and the actors involved are clarified,and the research design the work process and data forms of data statistics and verification were analyzed,and the designed forms were filled in with a cement company as an example.The results can meet the needs of different enterprises and verification agencies for data statistics and verification work.3.Based on the aforementioned data statistics and verification process and forms,the B/S model is adopted,SQL Sever2012 is used as the back-end structured database,ASP.NET and C# are used for system development,and the network is realized.Each subject can access the Internet.At present,the design work of greenhouse gas data statistics and verification has been completed.The network of data statistics and verification has been completed,a greenhouse gas emission data statistics system has been established,and four trainings for enterprises and verification institutions have been organized.The good results have been achieved.The realization of the data statistics and verification process and form design will greatly improve the efficiency of data statistics and verification,meeting the needs of data statistics,verification and analysis will help to grasp the spatial distribution and development trend of greenhouse gas emissions in Henan Province,and provide guarantee for the province's greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution reduction work.
