Rice is one of the most important grain crops in China, and the rice planting area in China is less than one third of the total grain planting area.Due to the scarcity of cultivated land resources, large population base and unreasonable distribution of planting production areas, serious problems still exist in rice planting. With the constant change of global climate, climate warming has a great impact on grain production, spatial and temporal distribution and food security in China.By analyzing meteorological data of JIANGXI province in the past 30 years from1984 to 2013,the irregularly variation of temperature and sunshine in 6 cities in JIANGXI province was obtained. The relationship between climate and the growth and development cycle of direct seeding rice in JIANGXI province was analyzed based on the selection data of direct seeding rice varieties in JIANGXI province in 2018-2019.The relationship between the growth and climate of early and late rice in JIANGXI province was analyzed. The variation characteristics of temperature and sunshine in JIANGXI province in recent30 years were analyzed by climate trend rate and Geo-statistics.According to the data results,an early warning system for live broadcast rice growth was set up according to the climate adaptability of live broadcast rice growth in JIANGXI province. Finally summarize the conclusion and put forward the suggestion.Based on the above content, this paper in follow under the premise of data accuracy, using literature research, data analysis, statistics method, description, analysis, and the final warning system put forward the idea to live on rice growth and the rice planting season(2)(1)regulation is put forward to cultivate new varieties of rice(3)according to the different characteristics of regional climate adjustment of rice planting layout(4)strengthen the literacy of farmers(5)to speed up the development and construction of early warning system(6)increasing meteorological observation point to establish effective mechanism to seven(7)departments.
