Jiangxi province is located in the subtropical humid monsoon climate zone, the precipitation is abundant and concentrated,so the task of soil and water conservation is arduous. In order to better understand the factors affecting the soil infiltration of subtropical mountain forest and to provide references for soil and water conservation and vegetation restoration. In vegetation and soil are relatively natural state belong to Yu Shan mountains of Fuzhou city two nature reserves, from the physical properties of the soil forest and geochemical elements in soil water infiltration capacity,The following conclusions can be drawn:The texture of soil is mainly composed of sand and silt, and the clay content is relatively small. The soil texture was affected by the depth of soil, and the sand content showed as humus layer>leaching layer>deposition layer. On the whole, sand content was positively correlated with altitude, while clay and powder content were negatively correlated with altitude. There is obvious phenomenon of soil particle leaching in this area. The variation coefficient of soil infiltration rate was larger. The initial infiltration rate ranged from 0.15 m L/min to 157.89 m L/min.The steady infiltration rate range is 0.005m L/min to 36.36 m L/min.Soil infiltration rate is negatively correlated with soil depth and stable infiltration rate is negatively correlated with elevation. The bulk density of soil was 0.75 g/cm3to 1.49 g/cm3,which increased with the deepening of soil layer. The maximum soil water holding capacity is 163.87g/kg to920.38g/kg,which decreases with the deepening of soil layer.Soil capillary water capacity was 91.37 g/kg to 837.08 g/kg,which decreased with the deepening of soil depth. The soil field water holding capacity was 89.35 g/kg-820.57 g/kg,which decreased with the deepening of soil depth. The porosity of soil non-capillary was from 1.66%to 23.25%,which first increased and then decreased with the increase of soil depth, and the general trend was to decrease. The porosity of soil capillary was 11.77%-71.87%,which first decreased and then increased with the depth of soil, and the overall trend was to decrease with the deepening of soil. The total porosity of soil was 21.11%-81.99%,which decreased with the deepening of soil. The natural moisture content of soil was12.11%-65.35%,which decreased with the deepening of soil.Soil SiO2,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 are the main components. On the whole, altitude is positively correlated with LOI(Loss on ignition)and P2O5,and negatively correlated with Al2O3 and Na2O contents. The leaching effect of the soil in this research area is strong, with obvious desilication,aluminum-rich and iron-rich phenomena. On the whole, soil infiltration rate is affected by various factors, such as bulk density, porosity, altitude, soil texture, soil natural moisture content and soil depth.Soil weathering coefficient can represent the infiltration capacity of soil to some extent. Therefore, soil infiltration capacity and its influencing factors should be fully considered in soil erosion control and vegetation restoration,so as to reduce erosion and soil erosion and make vegetation grow better.
