| When studying human genetic diseases,genome-wide association analysis(GWAS)is a common analysis method.This method generally recognizes Genome wide association analysis(GWAS)is a common method in the study of human genetic diseases.In general,this method can identify high-density molecular markers,carry out polymorphism markers(SNP)on millions or even tens of millions of single nucleotide,and then screen out the pathogenic genes by examining the relationship between SNP and specific diseases.At present,GWAS has helped scientists to screen out a variety of complex genetic loci such as type I diabetes,type II diabetes and coronary heart disease.Due to the birth of high-throughput sequencing technology,the cost of sequencing technology has been greatly reduced compared with the first generation,and the low cost has aroused the upsurge of human research on ultra-high dimensional gene variables.When using new sequencing technology to sequence genes,some gene types can not be determined and only the probability value of gene types can be estimated.However,in the known literature,there are few data processing methods under the uncertainty of genotype.At the same time,for genetic disease research,some individual information(such as age,gender,etc.)may also have an impact on biological characteristics.In view of this situation,in this paper,conditional deterministic independent screening(CSIS)method can be used to screen out other relevant variables more accurately when some individual information is known to exist.In the case of genotype uncertainty,we first modify the genotype variables by using the expectation of genotype probability value,introduce the regression equation together with the individual information,and then screen the related disease genes based on the independent screening of conditional certainty and the minimum maximum concave penalty function(MCP)method.At last,the MSE and accuracy of this method are evaluated and summarized by computer simulation.The simulation results show that in the case of genotype uncertainty,independent screening based on conditional certainty and MCP variable selection method have certain effect onscreening out related pathogenic genes. |
