| Grinding motorized spindle,power plant circuit breaker and other large machinery equipment have the characteristics of high reliability,high cost,and long lifespan,therefore the reliability of those machinery equipments has been an important indicator to measure the performance of the machinery system.The paper combines small-scale sample reliability theory to analyze the reliability of grinding motorized spindle and circuit breaker mechanism,the mainly work is as follows:Firstly,the domestic and foreign development statuses for the reliability analysis of grinding motorized spindle and circuit breaker wear simulation have been analyzed.Besides,the basic concepts,basic theory,degradation types that can be used and the reliability evaluation indicators concerned in the reliability data processing methods are described in detail.After the degradation failure mechanism being analyzed,an appropriate performance parameter is chosen,and the electric spindle reliability experiment is carried out.Secondly,the combination of small-scale sample data processing method,basic principle of the random coefficient distribution and motorized spindle degradation experiment data has been used to carry out the reliability analysis of the motorized spindle based on the random coefficients under the cases of small-scale sample,the results has been compared with the reliability analysis method of the traditional pseudo-life method,four common reliability indicators has been got.Finally,theory of reliability is combined with circuit breaker wear simulation,a circuit breaker mechanism is taken for example,the circuit breaker mechanism wear simulation data has been got through ADAMS simulation and corresponding calculation of Archard wear model,the reliability assessment of the circuit breaker mechanism wear simulation is carried out through small-scale sample data processing method,random theory,and the reliability function curve of the circuit breaker under the cases of fixed threshold and random threshold separately,then the two curves are compared,the results show that the reliability under random threshold is more close to the actual production and the reliability of complex wear process can be predicted through simulation experiment,which has a certain application value. |
