With the world's climate change and rapid economic development,The ecological environment suffered severe damage, and various water problems in daily life have become more and more serious. In order to further explore the issues of water resources and the environment, and to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of water resources, people in the Bosten Lake Basin are ultimately water, water and natural development. In order to make reasonable use of the lake water, river water and groundwater in the Bosten Lake Basin, the application of environmental isotope technology, based on the hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope measurements of Kaidu River,Qingshui River,Huangshuigou and surrounding groundwater samples in the Bosten Lake Basin, the analysis obtained " The supply relationship between the three waters provides a theoretical basis for further exploration of the relationship between the local hydrological cycle and the rational use of water resources. In this paper, the effects of seasonal changes on the environmental isotope content of the Bosten Lake Basin were analyzed by measuring the hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes in the "three water" samples.Based on the determination of the hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in groundwater, river water, and lake water, this paper takes the Bosten Lake Basin in the Yanqi Basin as the research object, and analyzes the conversion relationship between the "three waters" and the distribution law between the "three waters." From the perspective of time, space and climate environment, the relationship between "three waters" was analyzed, and the three-terminal linear mixed model was used to quantitatively analyze the supply relationship and the amount of supply between the "three waters".Finally, with comprehensive analysis and comprehensive research,we can draw the following conclusions:1.Lake evaporation equation of lake bostenIn the spring, summer, and autumn, the relationship between the hydrogen and oxygen of the Lake Bosten Lake is less than 8 and the intercept is less than 10,which indicates that the water of Lake Bosten Lake has strong evaporation and the evaporation intensity is much higher than the global atmospheric precipitation.2.Variation characteristics of deuterium surplus in different water bodies and seasonsThe deuterium surplus values of Lake Stent were all lower than the global average(d = 10),indicating that Lake Bosten was strongly evaporated. The excess of deuterium in the river water d? 15,indicating that the river water mainly comes from the melting of snow water in mountainous areas.3.The relationship between the "three waters" in the study area is as follows: surface water is replenished by groundwater and lake water all year round, but due to climatic factors and seasonal changes, the contents of 18 O and D in surface water, groundwater and lake water will be different.Effect,so the mixing ratio between the "three waters" will also change with the season.
