Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the impact of digital technology on global politics,economy,and culture has continued to deepen.While promoting the transformation and upgrading of related industries,it is also changing the human lifestyle and the development model of enterprises.The rise of Internet companies with data assets as the core(such as e-commerce,social networking and other Internet companies)promoted by digital technology has made data assets increasingly important to related companies.Data assets have become an important part of the company's core competitiveness Partly,so the demand for data asset value assessment has also increased accordingly.This article first sorted out the definitions,characteristics,and functions of data assets,as well as related research on the value composition of data assets,and clarified the basic concepts of data assets by collating the literature.Then,through the evolution of data assets It described the current situation of increasing demand and found that the scale of the data industry is constantly expanding and the importance of data assetization is constantly increasing.With the development of the data industry,countries have also begun to formulate various regulations on the governance of data assets in order to deal with data ownership issues and security and efficiency issues that arise during the circulation of data assets.Then it sorted out the current evaluation needs of typical data assets,and concluded that the data industry is constantly being standardized,and data transactions are increasing.Research on data asset valuation models is imminent.In order to meet the above requirements,this article takes the e-commerce platform as an example to analyze the influencing factors of enterprise data assets.The first is to describe the definition,classification,development status and development model of e-commerce enterprises,and then it is concluded that e-commerce enterprises are enterprises with user data as their core competitiveness.The second is to study the factors affecting the data assets of e-commerce enterprises.,Summarizes the main factors affecting its value,and lays the foundation for the establishment of the later model;the third is the analysis of the limitations of traditional valuation methods in the valuation of data assets,and according to the development process of Internet companies,the cycle of data assets is considered It is worth paying close attention to,and data assets have different manifestations in different periods of enterprise development,so they need to be evaluated using different evaluation methods.The fourth is the study of trying to separate data assets from the existing asset system.In addition to introducing the user stickiness coefficient and the enterprise size coefficient to modify the Monte Carff-DEVA model to make it more suitable for the evaluation of e-commerce enterprises,it also uses the analytic hierarchy process,Establish a data asset value evaluation system,and reasonably strip data assets.This article takes a typical e-commerce company as an example to simulate the above method.This article analyzes and improves the data asset evaluation model through related research on data assets,hoping to provide valuable ideas for optimizing the data asset evaluation system,in order to improve the rationality and persuasiveness of data asset evaluation.
