Recovery of limb motor function is usually a significant part of rehabilitation therapy.To reduce the heavy workload of physical therapist rehabilitation training for patients during the current rehabilitation training process,and improve the efficiency of the rehabilitation training process,most studies have introduced wearable sensors or somatosensory interactive equipment to enhance the rehabilitation training system.The non-contact of the somatosensory device can reduce the restraint on participants and enable participants to train in an autonomous movement.Most of the traditional treatment methods of limb movement dysfunction require physical therapists to measure and evaluate the joint mobility of patients.Therefore,this article proposes a novel joint mobility measurement method based on the body-sensing device Kinect to build an objective and efficient means of measuring joint mobility.The article first introduces the principles and clinical significance of traditional measurement methods of joint mobility.It analyzes the needs and functions of the platform of motor function rehabilitation training that needs to be constructed.Through the somatosensory device,the joint points of the human body were tracked,calculate the angle between the distance of two points vector and the sagittal plane vector according to the obtained spatial coordinate information of the joint points,and obtain the joint angle as the joint mobility feature.Two applications have designed in this paper.The first application introduces the traditional joint activity measurement method to the motor function rehabilitation training green,and the upper limb movement trajectory and lower limb movement trajectory that can be collected by the motor function rehabilitation training,which guide the patients to perform rehabilitation training in the correct way,at the same time,it add these functions includes measure body height,detects the user 's distance from the body-sensing device,and limits the yaw function of the human body,it can help patients to enhance the sense of substitution and immersion while exercising.In addition,two traditional sports therapies are added to increase the diversity in the rehabilitation training process.Forming an autonomous rehabilitation model based on personal motor intentions could help patients establish a suitable way to correct posture abnormalities.The second application is based on the different levels of physical disability of the disabled and the needs of the disabled in their occupational assessment.The joint motion measurement needs to be selected as the experimental data sample,and the different trajectories of the disabled people at different levels are used to propose.The classification method based on the cascade classifier is used to classify the degree of physical disability effectively,and the class of the degree of physical disability is distinguished.The experimental results verify that this classifier can be used in the occupational assessment of disabled persons,and can improve the physical therapist's assessment process Efficiency and can effectively improve the professional assessment system for persons with disabilities.The establishment of this rehabilitation platform provides opportunities for more people who need physical rehabilitation training,which aims to encourage patients to move closer to the correct rehabilitation training way and provide patients with more diverse training ways to increase their active participation.
