Overhauser magnetometer plays an important role in the field of weak magnetic field measurement. It is a kind of precision instrument based on Overhauser effect. It involves sensor technology, electromagnetic measurement principles, atomic physics, and information processing. It is widely used in Geological exploration, archaeology, space exploration and military fields. This design is mainly aimed at the problems of high power consumption and low accuracy of traditional proton magnetometers.According to the principle of free radical dynamic nuclear polarization correlation, the Overhauser effect magnetic field sensor is made. The sensor has the characteristics of high polarization degree and strong anti-interference ability.A mathematical model of the signal receiving coil is given in this design.According to the model, the relationship between the constraint parameters and the design parameters is determined and MATLAB simulation is carried out;the obtained parameter model is fine-tuned by simulation of the relevant software;finally, the actual coil is designed according to the obtained parameters.Based on magnetic resonance imaging,a kind of RF excitation coil is presented.By analyzing the coil structure and related parameters, the coil model is determined and HFSS simulation is carried out.The article gives the overall block diagram and main working process of magnetic field sensor based on Overhauser effect.By analyzing the working principle of AD9959 chip and RD15HVF1 power device, design of RF excitation system.According to the experimental results, the RF signal range is 0?200MHz and the output power is 37.69 d Bm at 60 MHz.Finally, the actual test is carried out according to the system design scheme and the experimental results are given.
