Building health has become an increasingly hot topic since it is closely related to the safety and health of building users.Scientific assessment of building health can help building users better understand the health status of the building and avoid catastrophic consequences due to security incidents. At present, although there are various health assessment standards for public buildings and residential buildings, the indicators of the health assessment system are too complicated for clients. It is difficult for users to grasp the focus of the assessment indicators. There are obvious limitations due to the indicators are too rich in the existing assessment system to achieve practical application. For the above problems, this paper proposes a relatively complete and practicable assessment standard for the health of concrete structures buildings based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)after analyzing the current situation and lacks of existing building health assessment standard. The assessment model proposed in this paper used digital tools such as geographic information system(GIS),building information model(BIM),and building simulation to collect, store, and process assessment data.At the same time,a building health application APP was developed based on the Android system. Finally, the commercial building Nanyou Hotel in Shenzhen is taken as an example to demonstrate the specific assessment process of the building health assessment model proposed in this paper, and to verify the feasibility of the proposed assessment model and digital tools.Based on the existing research, this paper proposes an optimized building health assessment system, including which consists of five first-level indicators(including comfort performance, safety performance, environmental performance, operation management and economic performance)and nineteen second-level indicators(including spatial scale, space privacy, and public service support Facilities,elevators,etc.).This paper used Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each sub-indicator.The results show that safety performance is the most important factor in assessing the health of a building, followed by indoor natural lighting, and the smallest weight is the spatial scale.According to the results of the case, the health score of Nanyou Hotel Building was 6.9654 points(out of 10 points),which is ranked as intermediate. The GIS and BIM based building health assessment model proposed in this article can help users better understand the building's health, understand the living environment and identify potential risks;at the same time,it can provide buyers with information about building health when making decisions. In addition, the massive building health data can provide a reference for the government to scientifically plan urban layout and manage urban public safety.
