With the continuous improvement of the information technology level of the logistics transportation industry,the demand for logistics transportation is becoming more and more informatized and diversified.At present,logistics transportation is paying more and more attention to the packing utilization rate,and there is a good research foundation for the packing of conventional items.Unconventional items such as cylinders are still relying on experience.There is an urgent demand for the packing utilization rate of standard items.Therefore,from this point of view,this paper studies the mixed packing scheme of special items such as cylinders,and in order to ensure the safety of the transportation process,a more reasonable packing scheme under the condition of integrating the center of gravity offset is proposed.In order to determine the optimal solution for the mixed packing of cylindrical items,firstly,this paper builds a mathematical model of the packing scheme,which includes the objective function for solving the packing utilization rate of different schemes and the constraints of the model.Secondly,construct the optimal selection model for the mixed packing of cylindrical objects.On the basis of the mathematical model of the packing scheme,the integrated center of gravity offset is set as the evaluation condition of the optimal scheme,so as to determine the optimal packing utilization rate under the safety condition of the integrated center of gravity offset,thereby determining the optimal Packing scheme.Then,the optimal selection algorithm design for the mixed packing scheme of two cylindrical objects.First of all,according to the common boxing rules of cuboid items,the rules of mixed boxing of cylindrical items were formulated;then,according to the different placement methods of cylindrical items,four different packing schemes were designed using the binary tree search algorithm,Using the remaining space calculation method and the second cylinder quantity calculation method to solve the four schemes separately to obtain the packing utilization rate of each scheme;finally,the block generation method and the integrated gravity center coordinate calculation formula are combined to different schemes.The integrated center of gravity of the cylinder is calculated to determine whether the integrated center of gravity offset of each scheme is within the safe range of the integrated center of gravity of the vehicle.The comprehensive packing utilization rate and integrated center of gravity offset are selected and determined from the four packing schemes.Finally,an example analysis is carried out,and the results show that different schemes have different packing utilization performance.It is verified that a series of algorithms and models proposed in this paper can effectively solve the packing utilization ratio of different schemes for mixed packing of cylindrical objects;The comprehensive consideration of the packing utilization rate and the integrated center-of-gravity offset verify the effect of the integrated center-of-gravity offset on the determination of the optimal packing plan;the effect of the radius of the mixed cylindrical objects on the packing utilization rate is studied.
