Photovoltaic glass is the essential component of the solar battery industry,and glass punching is an important way to increase its added value,it is a technical difficulty for glass punching because of its material characteristics.In traditional processing methods,mechanical drilling is not only inefficient,the cutter abrasion is serious,and the surface quality of the hole is difficult to meet the glass production process requirements.Based on this,the excellent performance of laser processing is used to study the automatic control system for photovoltaic glass laser drilling,and a reliable,stable,and good-performance control system is designed.Start with the function and performance requirements of the puncher,and analyze the content of the laser punching process.The mechanical system scheme of the punch is proposed to realize the raceway conveying of the glass from the perspective of the production line,the layout of the laser and galvanometer is determined according to the process requirements,determined the precise positioning measurement system scheme based on vision and displacement sensors.Analyze the functional requirements of the punch from the perspective of control system and communication,proposed motor positioning acceleration and deceleration control method.Then the hardware design of the control system basic PLC is carried out according to the functional requirements,and the composition of each hardware module is determined.Specific selection of controller,touch screen,drive motor and other hardware.Choose to implement communication between PLC and host computer based on OPC,and choose to implement communication between PLC and Siemens driver and third-party driver based on Profinet Fieldbus and IO interface,Then determine the hardware model and network communication configuration of the control system,conduct electrical circuit design to complete the hardware design of the control system.The software part is composed of touch screen,OPC communication and PLC program.When designing a touch screen,divide multiple screens according to functions to achieve human-computer interaction.The design of OPC communication adopts C ++ to realize the industrial computer to read or write the variables in PLC.The PLC program completes the automation process of the control system,including servo motion control and process control.Finally,on-site debugging of the laser puncher.The hardware configuration is performed first,the drive parameters are optimized,the return setting and Y motor positioning error are debugged,then the initialization and the raceway running debugging,and finally the debugging summary and analysis of the trial run results to verify the design correctness and equipment stability to meet actual production requirements.
