In order to further study the functions and properties of proteins,a variety of methods are needed to obtain their high-resolution three-dimensional spatial structures.If we know the sequence of the amino acid molecules that make up a protein,we can predict the three-dimensional spatial structure of the protein.Generally,there are multiple results for protein structure prediction.In order to assist the use of protein cryo-SEM images of the same type of protein structure measured in experiments,the structures of the two can be matched with high accuracy,and the two can be calculated quantitatively The degree of matching is used to score the predicted structure,so as to realize the protein structure prediction of frozen electron microscope image.The project background and related technologies are introduced first,then the system is analyzed for actual application requirements and the system design is performed.Then the design and implementation of the entire system are introduced in detail,and the feasibility of the system is demonstrated through experimental results.Protein molecule visualization and matching system,the main function of the system,one is to realize the visualization of protein molecular structure files and protein cryo-electron microscopy images,that is,first analyze these two files,and then display protein molecules and cryo-electron microscopy images simultaneously based on Open GL.In addition,,While realizing the display of the image,it is also necessary to realize the response to external input events,and the realization of three-dimensional transformation of graphics.The second is to match protein molecules and frozen electron microscope images.First,an objective function is designed to evaluate the degree of matching between the two.Then,a visual tabu search algorithm is used in the system,and the optimal solution of tabu search is performed in the visualized three-dimensional space.The selected protein molecule file and the frozen electron microscope image file are from the same protein.Through the rotation and translation operation of the protein molecular model,an optimal position and angle are found,so that the matching degree of the two figures reaches the highest.The protein molecule visualization and matching system can realize the visualization of the protein structure and the frozen electron microscope image,and can match the two,thereby achieving the purpose of evaluating and screening the predicted structure using the frozen electron microscope image.
